It's interesting that before the fight, Gojo referred to Makima as a curse, since he's clearly out of the loop as far as the concept of devils. Although, to be fair, curses and devils are theoretically the same thing, at least in this scenario.
I (Eli) noticed that too, I can really appreciate the lengths they go to fuse the character's world together for the battle
Glad to see you two react to death battle again. TBH, its a little wierd to watch the fight without music, but I understand why it was done. I would definitely recommend the following

Makima could've won by shooting Gojo's head off, but she'd never do that because she'd want another puppet to control. Especially when that new puppet can be as strong as Gojo.
So she'd never take the shot. Even if she did, Gojo can still move around and teleport during the fight (except for when he fucking forgets he can teleport, GEGE) and he can constantly regenerate too. Plus, Makima's finger gun can be tanked by durability, so he might able to tough it out with enough energy to reinforce himself.
true people keep saying she shouldve gone for the head but even if she did, would it even blow his head off? he literally endured an onslaught of sukuna's domain-amped cleave and dismantles from head to toe while healing on a faster rate. a basic dismantle literally slices buildings and a weaker version of it (15f sukuna) decimated a whole city block. i doubt bang would oneshot gojo fr
Even if it had gone to the head, it wouldn't do him much damage that he can't regenerate. The Bang doesn't have such a destructive feat. The Bang's greatest feat was making some small craters in some concrete walls.
Meanwhile, Sukuna's slashes were ripping through and slicing through entire buildings, slashes which Gojo tanked and simply regenerated easily.
Sorcerers really are incredibly tough and there are several feats that prove it to you.

@@carolinareaper6342Nope, wrong. Jogo's meteor was explicitly known to be able to reduce whole cities to dust, and Gojo curbstomped that power level effortlessly. Makima shooting someone into space is nowhere near that, Gojo still easily takes the power advantage lol.
@mrreyes5004 jogos meteor wasn't even able to destroy shibuya And the force to level a city does not compare to the force to launch somebody out of orbit with 3 hits
To be fair to Makima, she wasn't completely outclassed, it's just that debating this matchup in particular requires a ridiculous amount of hypotheticals. Yes, Gojo is more powerful, but that power wouldn't really matter due to her damage transferal. Whether she can get past Limitless or not is also up for debate too, as it's never fully explained how her "Bang" ability works. Whether she can control Gojo or not has always been up for debate due to the nature of her ability getting translated differenty sometimes. Can Hollow Purple completely vaporizing her body kill her completely or can she regenerate from nothing because of that contract? We don't know, because her damage transferal was never pushed that far in canon, so we can only go by what we've seen.
It's a ridiculously complicated matchup to say the least.

Agreed. It wasn't fully explained but based on her kill pattern, we can assume the control devil has telekinetic powers. Body explosion, invisible force gun or just stare at you and you die

Even Makima's regeneration was suffering trying to regenerate cell when Denji was cooking her... You can argue that it was also thanks to Power's Blood.
But this is still at the cell level.

@@EnzoPietro10 because he had ct burnout after the first domain clash. he couldnt use his innate techniques thats why he relied on simple domain and rct

Makima only showed interest in Chainsaw Man so she would just kill Gojo for ruining her movie experience instead of trying to control him but DB wanted to show how her power works and how Gojo can break out of it
Gojo is the goat of Jujutsu Kaisen. After all he is the strongest.
He’s so strong the villains need to plan perfectly and have extra techniques to even fight him

Saber's verse isn't even close to the strongest in fiction. World of Darkness, the Cthulhu Mythos, SCP, The White Light, Self Reference Engine, all are stronger

I still disagree with the result of the video, but I think the animation is really good.
All the info is nice and really helps with explaining how their powers work but yeah the animations and the character interactions are our favorite parts
