It's calculated. Since the one taking off is a heavy category aircraft and the one landing is super category (a380 are considered super because they weigh more than 250 tonnes) wake turbulence of latter won't affect the former. To avoid any chances if their distance is well maintained

Both planes are light (air show), so the second could have easily done a go-around if the first had to reject the take-off and stood on the runway. It's not a normal flying, it's to show off the planes, possibly at the manufacturer's site. And they dont want to have too big time gaps without any plane in the air, but still one plane after the other in the air. And the pilots still have margins, because the empty planes are light and easier to manover (eg into a go-around if necessary, even with this short distance).

And the planes have the Airbus livery on them. The first plane that takes off is for local flying, like an A320, it doesn't reach from this forest area in Germany to Saudi Arabia.
Mate, this is how busy airports operate. Air Traffic Controllers do an amazing job to make this happen. Try going to an airport and watching. It’s quite amazing to watch.
