If you asked me last year, I'd have ranked it near or at the top. Their fried shrimp was really good. Surprisingly good for a quick service. But since we were there in October, they've changed the menu and now it's no longer a QS we'll visit. Now it's just like most other Disney QS locations. We'll go to Yak & Yeti's QS if we need a QS, but we prefer the table restaurants at AK.
The small salad bowls drive me crazy LOL I know it's silly, but its so hard to cut up and mix the salad in those tiny bowls :) And honestly, yes, most everything should be chopped in a salad IMO-
I had the Impossible burger there a few months ago, and I think it was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten on property. It was so undercooked and the cheese was unmelted and slapped on, I had a hard time eating it. I thought maybe it was because it was a cold rainy day, maybe it was just an off day? But after seeing you guys try it, now I know to never try this burger again! lol.

It's true! Especially if they don't give you a lid or anything to toss it with.

Have you guys been to Terra Treats, there's supposed to be a Roasted Mushroom and Leek Pizza that’s plant based…correct me if I’m wrong though
Yes we have! We had it in our Earth day video. It's not always available but always great to check.

AK has such good vegan options, it's hard to choose the burger as my meal
