NHS is finished until a bright spark will realise a tiered system of health service with ID linked to NINO will reduce the incredible amount of fraufulent activity in the system.
It's not just that, the system is horrifically inefficient and wasteful. Not to mention the kind of price mark-ups that appear to be happening when a company is providing furniture or services to the NHS. It's fundamentally a socialist principle that is being eaten alive by the capitalist paradigm it exists in. We need legislation unique to the NHS that prevents price gouging.
