    1:56 : *Tolel/tolol* is the active participle ( = Italian _venente_ ) and not the action noun ( = reconstructed Sindarin *tuluth* ).

    IMO, "thank you for [your] COMING" should be translated with a noun ( i.e. *toled* or *tuluth/tult* ) rather than the active participle. As a preposition, I think I would favor *o(h)* "about, concerning" instead of *an* "for, to". Ergo, *le hannon o tholed* .

    How can I say " I missed you" in Sindarin?

    • @Artreii
      @Artreii  4 года назад +1

      There isn't actually a word for "miss" in this sense, so maybe try looking up "alone" or "longing for" or sth like that on Parf Edhellen. Hope it helps!

    "Mar bedithach" would obviously be *Mar badathog* in more correct Sindarin, in light of Parma Eldalamberon #17 and the future verb *cawathon* revealed in Parma Eldalamberon #22.
