Loved this so much! Love seeing how other people's day flow. Thank you for being so transparent. Sometimes, it feels like my kids are the only ones who fight and protest during school.
You're definitely not alone. My kids bicker a lot. I bickered with my siblings a lot, but now we're all grown up and love each other fiercely. Social media is tricky because we cannot show our kids fighting without it being a HUGE breach of their privacy. Therefore, by default it looks as though everything is "picture perfect". I try my best to communicate the reality of things as best I can while still protecting my kids.
@ThisHomeschoolHouse I think you do a wonderful job portraying it. Your kids are so well-behaved and sweet on camera. I think that's why it's hard to imagine them bickering. My kids do the same, though. They behave well in public, but at home, they bicker A LOT lol!
Nothing wrong with getting up late!!! I’ve found wen my kids are a little unwell our days are a little slower than normal but homeschooling still happens!!! When I read I sometimes stop and ask questions then carry on !!! We love to start with family subjects when we can but my younger kids are up earlier so they can do their independent subjects with me before the teenagers get up!!! My teenagers love morning virtues!!! I love it as we are able to get together as a family!!! My younger kids will sit and play if we have harder readings!!! It’s definitely not perfect, last week we had my collages son and he showed them how to listen in and my kids where embarrassed!!!
Not perfectly. Sometimes I DO lose my temper, but I find that having consistent expectations and of my kids and communicating that to them helps. If I can't discipline calmly then I typically send them to their rooms while I take a minute to calm myself.

Haha, I was feeling the same. All kids on RUclips behave so well all the time but not in my house.

I so appreciate you being open about the attitudes because we also struggle with that from time to time.
Love to watch your content. Thank you for keeping it real about the struggles. Great motivation to see you pushing through.

Love this! Where are their pencil boxes from? And the pink and blue boxes on the counter?
Their pencil boxes are from Temu. The lunch boxes are Sistema and I just got them from a local store. :)
Can you please share how you discipline your children without loosing your nuts? It is always a struggle in my home

Hey what curriculum are you using for all of them? Especially the math??
She uses Math with confidence for all her kids.
She uses Abeka and The Good and the Beautiful for LA
Soonlight for extra reading
How did you pick scriptures for a newer believer
I just pick at random, but anything from Romans would be great.
What book(s) do you use to teach piano?
Alfred's Premiere Piano.
@@ThisHomeschoolHouse Thank you!
