Hi, I think this is a good thing for the environment as it will let the natural water flow stop destroying the mountains.
I assume the guys hammering the rocks are looking for jade.

Yes, it's true that this excavator dug up a flow of cold lava that was once full and overflowing, destroying people's houses. For the stone hitters, they mined stone for building foundations.
