Getting a academic position in IVY league university is only for IVY league PHDs is not true. I have several friends who are professors in IVY league schools and they did their PHD from non IVY league university. And most of them have done their engineering from my college or IITS, MBA from top colleges in India and PHD in management from non IVY league university in USA. On the other hand I have friends who are MBAs from IVY league university and they are in banking or corporate business. So in a nutshell ... talent and quality always shines.
Sir many of us might want some specific guidance from you , but i understand that with a full time job it might difficult for you to cater to all of us at a personal level.Therefore I would recommend and insist you to start a consultancy service wherein we can connect with you individually at a cost , that would be a very fair arrangement as well.
I cannot and will never take money from students. My services will always be free. Regarding consultancy, it is a job for a trained professional. I am trained to be a researcher in the field of Information Systems and that is where my interests and goals lie. I can only give a high level overview on some issues but beyond that my knowledge is either limited or I have no knowledge.

Thank you for the suggestion sir. I had a facebook page earlier. But then I have been keeping my youtube activities secret from family, friends and colleagues. They are all on facebook but not on other platforms. It is easy for them to catch me. Moreover, what people here do not understand is that youtube is only a side activity for me. I am a full time professional who does this only occasionally. People have been treating me as though I am a career counselor or an immigration attorney and want personal guidance from me. Given the numerous deadlines and pressure from my colleagues for my research papers, I cannot make myself available for each individual person. Facebook gives them all easy access to me and when they do not get response or feel that I am not willing to talk one-on-one with them, they get angry and start abusing me. It is far too easy to make fake profiles on fb and start abusing. Therefore, to protect myself and save some time, I decided to remove my fb page. This does not mean I will never do it. I will consider it in future.
