It is such a shame that in the times when software like grammerly exists that can correct grammar and even rephrase. And people are writing emails like this.
The first email illustrated the sender's characters, maybe also reflected his/her generation, IRRESONSIBLE, CARELESSNESS, SPOILED by everyone, never been treated harshly by seniors so they don't know to respect seniors, you can see the relection of this generation.
The first email kind of shows UTA in bad light. Do they accept students with this level of English? The least these guys could have done is use Grammarly!
one person does not represent the whole university. And please know that the said student might not be from an English medium school. Language is no measure of intelligence. That student might be a bright student and fluent in their native language. The student might also not have an environment where they were taught English writing skills and formal communication.

preferably your school email. If it is not available, then you have no option but to use your personal email
