A wonderful project, in preparation for the upcoming; "The Race Of Gentlemen"! To pass the "TROG" test I would prefer to see it with its original wheels, sprung girder forks, original fuel tank with its hand-change gate and lever, foot clutch, low and wide original handlebars, headlamp, etc just like all the other "45s" in the race! I've watched most of the TROG races on RUclips since they first began, especially the races in Wildwood, New Jersey, (the best location for it!). The 1930s Side Valve WL45, is one of my favourite, vintage Harley-Davidson Vee-Twins, after the 1920s Harley Model JDs, IOE, (Inlet Over Exhaust). I will be watching this rebuild very closely...trust me...get it right (original)!...LOL...! Take care all, and be SAFE!...from England!....😉....😉....!
Been collecting parts for my ‘41 flatly 45 and wanna ride it in TROG hopefully someday soon!!! Also hoping to get down there this year with my ‘49 Pan to show, ride, and party!!! If I can make it, I’ll be looking for you guys!! Hope all is well, -Pod- 👨🏼🏭🤙🍻
How's about the gray and yellow of your banner. with Mazi/Moto lettering. Keep it in the family, so to speak. thanks for your vid. I like wathcing friends together.
Nooo, dont chuck it up in the mill. all those old soft necks are all egg shaped. 70's sporty taper bearing neck cups are correct for the 45. use dremel tool to clean it and then round it till the cups will hammer in tight. dont make junk
Ah, dang. I'm kinda sad to see the Mr Horny name go away. It was a distinguished name, perfect for a gentleman's race.... and maybe even a gentleman's club 🧐
Dude, the 16" looks fucking sweet, run it!
Happy Thanksgiving! That Four-Five will do the trick! Sweet 16! Do that TROG! Ride safe!
Happy Thanksgiving Walt! So good to hear from ya! Hope you have a great day!

Put the half tanks back on!!!
Looks cool, but is it fast?(for a flathead)
most of what i do with motorcycles is fix what other people have already crapped up
Keep the tires as is and go with Green. Use the same colour as your pants
Don't you know green 45's are BAD LUCK?!? You know, 'cause of all the G.I.'s that died riding "army green" 45's in the wars...
Nice! Hi from Sibiria! - 30C!
