- NASA "auralization" - physics-based acoustic simulation - to show the
airport noise reduction possible with a hybrid (or blended) wing-body
configuration. First youn hear the noise generated by a
777/GE90-class "tube-and-wing" airliner, then that created by an HWB
aircraft in which the engines are shielded by the airframe
