Thanks for another great video and congrats on 10k subscribers. This is a truly great piano and as an upper intermediate classical hobbyist I would choose this over many acoustics, let's say anything less than a Kawai K200.
Thank you for another great video! :) I have a question: I know there's possibility to play backing tracks on CN201's speakers. Could you please let me know if backing tracks (and playing piano) can be played on headphones as well?
@@frozonpro Agreed. The Yamaha felt and sounded like a cheap toy piano compared to the Kawai CN201 😬 and even compared to models from a higher price range Kawai CN201 still wins. Kawai just somehow cracked the code with the CN201.😅
Hey Alamo, I was wondering. The CN201 and CN301 are overlapping with the bottom end CA-series. The CN301 and CA49 are the same price in many stores here. Between the two, what would you feel is the better choice? Is there any reason to go for the CN301 when you can get the better key action on the CA49?
You get more features on the CN301, but you might lose the edge when it comes to sound through the speakers and action. I think the CA49 is the better piano in its role of an acoustic piano replacement, whereas the CN301 will give you more connectivity options (line-in, line-out), more parameters to tweak, more voices, etc. Often times, you end up not using any of those extra features. I would probably go with the CA49.
Not an apples to apples comparison. FP30x is also a very good instrument with great action, a broader variety of sounds, a full set of line-outs etc. You lose the wooden cabinet and more powerful speakers but in return you get the portability. Besides many seasoned professionals praise highly about FP30x's gigging capabilities. So there is no wrong choice here. Enjoy your new instrument!
Also FP30x has an audio interface built in which will let you play your favourite VST pianos or other instruments directly through your FP30x speakers; CN201 from Kawai don’t have an audio interface, not even a line in.
@@johnespx I have a question I bought this from eBay but mine has the regular glossy Yamaha keyboard texture. Is yours the same ? I thought it was supposed to have like a wood ivory texture like the Roland fp10
Congrats on 10K subscribers! Keep the videos coming!

When are we getting a 1000 keys piano? Think about it!
Does Kawai present new CA series digital pianos after CA99 this year?
Thanks
Kawai ca901 and ca701 are coming out very soon. They are on Kawai’s website
@@JKsmoove3 thank you
Hello Alamo, I have a bone conduction bluetooth 5.0 headphone. Can I pair it with this piano and without latency ? Thank you.
