    This episode is an interview with Tulsa guitar-slinger/luthier Seth Lee Jones. Seth is a Tulsa native and learned how to be a Luthier while going to school in California. Hear his testimony and how he developed his unique style of guitar playing. Seth uses open tunings, benders (G & B string benders), handcrafts his own brand of guitars, and much more. Seth is a staple of the Tulsa music community and plays weekly at the legendary "The Colony Bar".

    Wish there were some European concert agent(s) who'd bring Seth over here for a good couple of gigs as there actually are quite a number of medium sized Blues clubs and other concert venues here which people actually like to come to.
    I remember seeing Josh Smith there a couple of times back in the day when he really wasn't yet the well known guy he is now. In his case the effort of (repeatedly) making the circuit seems to have paid off quite well actually. As Seth is a highly original and proficient player I'd wish someone put some faith in him, too, and make him known to a bigger audience. He surely deserves it.

      @@moreorlesslikeso yes, you are correct. I agree. I will say this, he has a sponsorship now with Tone King amps and he has opened up for Sonny Landreth a few times. Which has helped. But, he is also a busy Luthier so he might not want to tour internationally (not sure).
