I imagine the budget meeting for the plane crash scene in Tenet pretty much played out exactly like it did in the movie. Accountant: So you want to crash a plane? Nolan: Not from the air. Don't be so dramatic. Accountant: How big a plane? Nolan: That part is a little dramatic.
I like the behind scenes of Plane Hijacking in The movie of The Dark Knight Rises when we can see Bane escaping in the plane give us awesome and cool moment in the movie
Inception is my favorite Christopher Nolan movie and probably my favorite movie in general. The music just perfectly compliments it and the general idea of Inception is so cool. Hans Zimmer and Christopher Nolan is literally the most powerful combination in movies.
One thing you need to know about Christopher Nolan is that the making of his movies is challenging, especially when he used a lot of practical effects over CGI! There are no plot holes! That's what makes a great filmmaker!!!
I'm a simple man, I see Christopher Nolan's name, I click. My fav is 'Memento'. One of many reasons why - chronology in this story is crucial part of storytelling.
The Dark knight, Memento (i recently watched) and Inception are Christopher Nolan's three masterpieces imo The rest are great to good, but those 3 i named are his best films to date.
He really is the Authentic director. I've seen Dark knight not sure if I saw Dark Knight Rises but I definitely learned something new. I had no idea the plane scene was real.
He is one of the best film-makers of our generation, no CG, Green screen just pure raw movie making. I remember in 2019 when he was shooting for Tenet in Mumbai, (that high rise building), they rehearsed the scenes with stunt doubles during wee hours and shot the actual scene in midnight (with actual actors as well as stunt doubles).
I appreciate Nolan for using practical over CG in his films. He only uses CG when necessary (like the Heinz Field entry) & it often looks real good. Some of my favorite moments are definitely from the 1st two Dark Knight films thanks to the effects but amazing cinematography of my city, Chicago. We native Chicagoans just quickly identify where the locales are & get excited
No mention of Dunkirk. Shooting on real planes with an IMAX camera and creating some stunning visuals. Especially the scene where Farrier fights the Bomber plane...... "Come on Farrier!!"
I’ve learned that the explosion scene in Inception with separate six cameras!?! That’s insane! And my favorite Christopher Nolan film, well... films, is The Dark Knight trilogy. If I have to pick a second, or... fourth film, is Inception.
Top 10 Modern Old-School Filmmakers: * Paul Thomas Anderson * Christopher Nolan * Wes Anderson * Quentin Tarantino * Steven Spielberg * The Coen Brothers
The movies of Christopher Nolan are the best and the coolest and I like his movies of the Dark Knight franchise and is very cool and awesome the behind scenes of the scenes of Dark Knight franchise
In The Dark Knight - I like how the stunt truck driver that flipped the truck was actually part of the cast as Joker's henchman driving the---truck before the flip.
In a world where Hollywood now mostly made remakes, sequels, prequels, reboots and live action adaptation that nobody wants it, there's always a filmmaker like Christopher Nolan making original movies that'll be classics in the future
Imagine if Nolan and Tom cruise make a movie together literally everything will be real no CGI , no effects no stuntsmen
There's a video where Tom Cruise goes to a cinema in London to watch tenet undercover and, as soon as I saw it, I thought the same as you
❤️🌌🗺🌎🌍🌏 Yeah f….. a
If it will be, it will unrepeatable.I can't imagine 🔥
In summary: How do we make this look real? By doing it for real.
What do you think Nolan will destroy next?

This is what I love about Nolan he doesn't use CGI in movies that seem like CGI is being used.
I can't believe that an avengers, godzilla, kong fan hates cgi tho.
That's exactly what I say all the time
He does use CGI though.
@@gauravtributes5023 Well if he does use CGI he uses it pretty damn well
@@TwisterTerror CGI is used in every film nowadays and i am saying this as a Nolan fan.
Christopher has definitely been involved in a lot of movies
Yes
SENDING BLESSINGS AND PRAYERS AND HUGS!!!... AMEN 🕊🍃⚘🍃⚘🍃⚘🍃🕊👣🙏👌😇💯🙌
During filming everyone except Nolan be like : Wtf are we doing here, the director is absolutely insane
Nolan when it come to story, action, affects and so much more that with EVERYTHING, he might be THE best Director around.
Agree best Director!

I’m so glad Nolan got to direct the Dark Knight Trilogy, a true work of art
The prestige is one of Christopher Nolan’s most underrated films.
Underappreciated*
I love Inception and Dunkirk, but The Prestige might be my favorite of his
@@danielmashanic5738 inception, interstellar, tenet, prestige and memento. These are the best. Dunkirk is average
Agreed.
The semi flip in Batman always gives me chills.
Christopher Nolan proves that it is Possible to Accomplish Anything in the World of Cinema.🌟
Make your Ideas and Dreams Real.💡🙏
And money lol
One thing you need to know about Christopher Nolan is that the making of his movies is challenging, especially when he used a lot of practical effects over CGI! There are no plot holes! That's what makes a great filmmaker!!!
Christopher Nolan created a real black hole for Interstellar. He used CERN's Large Hadron Collider.
The Prestige is such a underrated movie
Nolan is just unmatchable❤️
Christopher Nolan Is The Wizard Who Does What Other Filmmakers Claim To Be Magic. I'm So Greatful To Live In A Time of His Blockbusters

Inception is still my favorite Nolan film.
The Dark knight, Memento (i recently watched) and Inception are Christopher Nolan's three masterpieces imo

Yep exactly these three are masterpieces
Bro, check interstellar! It needs some physics knowledge to appreciate how detailed he is, and the details he goes to make it scientifically sound!
He really is the Authentic director. I've seen Dark knight not sure if I saw Dark Knight Rises but I definitely learned something new. I had no idea the plane scene was real.
Kubrick would be proud
It's kind of prophetic: Kubrick's carrier and life ended 1 year after Nolan's first movie, Following was released.
Considering how much it's been talked about on here and other places I had a feeling that the twisting hallway scene was going to be number 1.
Batman Begins and The Dark Knight will always be my favorite Christopher Nolan movies.
Chris Nolan is my fave director and I love almost all of his movies. Memento is my fave though.
Always the directors have many behind scenes very cool and awesome in his movies
My favourite Nolan film : INTERSTELLAR
I was expecting the double exploding building in different timelines in TENET. I'm still scratching my head about how that was made...
They made large-scale miniatures of the building, blew it up two different ways, and then composited the shots together.
Plans sequence remains an disputed no. 1!
It feels like magic..

I've watched the making of The Dark Knight Trilogy videos so much, I was actually mouthing them used for this top ten 😅
The crashing plane made me jaw dropping in the cinema. I was. Wow. This is insane! It should be #1.

Nolan doesn't needs CGI but only requires Stunts 😉
This is why he is my favorite director in hollywood
I'd very much like to see Christopher Nolan try some of his magic making a James Bond movie.
Have you seen Tenet?
I want more of these type of videos pls
Every Stuntmen after signing in for a Christopher Nolan Film:
"Haha. I'm in Trouble".
I knew Tenet would make the list, even if I’m about to see it.

They are idiots
I never watch the making of stuff or behind the scenes. I agree with George Clooney that the movie magic is best kept behind the curtain.
Tenet, was the first movie i saw in theaters since covid happened. And i wasnt dissapointed.
Tenet, was the first movie I saw by Christopher Nolan. It was worth all the expensive money I payed to see. :)
Alfred Hitchcock, Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese & Christopher Nolan are considered Perfectionist.
Stanley Kubrick
Amazing
The fact that Nolan NEVER went to film school is what makes him such an inspiration
Christopher Nolan is basically Michael Bay done right
RIP Christopher Nolan and Warner Bros partnership
I support Warner Bros
But big movies belong to the theaters
He could move to other studio that previously worked on his films like Paramount Pictures tho

INCEPTION FOR SURE
Does someone know the quote; "what did a computer do to you" about Christopher Nolan and almost not using CGI? I can't find it back.
Pretty cool
How does a reverse bulletshell shot beat literally crashing a plane through a building...?
Jesus Christ watchmojo I go to school for 6 hours and you guys have already posted like 5 vids 😂
It just got me thinking, what if Nolan took and remark one of the Sherlock Homes movies
what about tenet's reverse fight scenes?
Someday, everyone will own a car
like "The Tumbler".
He's a cooler version of Michael Bay. But he beats bay by being able to write a better story.
Plus he doesn’t explode stuff as often as Michael Bay. And agreed that he has good scriptwriting behind his movies (thanks to his brother, Jonathan)
MADD! The Dark Knight Rises of course!
Imagine cameraman forget to press the record button.
I wouldn't be surprised to see TENET winning for Best VFX at the Oscar
Christopher Nolan deserves both an Oscar & a Nobel prize.
