Brooke shows how to style a Lob, or otherwise known as a long bob. Last year she did a few hair styling tutorials when her hair was a shorter bob, but since it's grown a few inches, she has learned some new tricks and tweaked her technique. Hope this helps anyone trying to style a Lob!

I’ve been wracking my brain trying to remember WHERE I’ve seen you! Then it hit me! American Idol. I vividly remember you performing “Let it Be” because my mom and I watched it together every week and then I moved out with a man I would end up marrying (and then divorcing 7 years) but my mom and I would text the entire time we watched and I remember being BLOWN AWAY by you and texting my mom like crazy about you while she watched at home and I watched at my new “home”. Crazy how that memory came flooding back like that 💙

I really like this style. I have very curly hair that I recently cut and now I want to cut a bit more for the lob style. I'll be mindful not to get scissor happy.

As a result it can be a bit fuzzier as you can see in this video ;-) But I have loved growing this cut from last year, but am especially liking this length. Very versatile and easy! Do you ever use Velcro rollers cause I set my hair with those then I curl it then little hair spray that's what I do love the curls

Hi, I have fine/thinning virgin hair. (I stopped dying it when I became pregnant with my son and because it was so damaged, I never re-colored it and now it's been almost 8 years!) BUT I can't hold a curl. Do you think I need to "rough" up my texture by dying it or something to "help" it or could that texture spray be enough? Thanks and sorry about the loaded question! Lol.
Hello! So yes, i think just some fine natural highlights placed through out would help your texture to hold some curl! Texture sprays can be temporarily helpful but can also wear the hair down. I hope this helps ya!!! Thanks for watching!
Hi, I also could not hold curls when my hair was too healthy, curlspray helps, but hairdye will definitedly dry out your hair, but is it worth it? Maybe a perm might be a better alternative or in your case I would ask a pro.
