Amazing how this went undetected by the annual audit. I understand some municipalities are huge however the largest risk for fraud is mis appropriation of cash and property. Reviewing contracts, expenses and cash accounts is critical.
Also related is how on earth could the Houston public school district just now get caught sending millions of dollars to Utah charter schools? This absolutely blows my mind and is illegal .

I have information, documentation and verification of similar activites in another municipality, in which it involves illegal water billing, improper use of disaster funds, grants and assistance for residence. Granting permits without credentials to contractors through possible kickbacks, causing great harm to those that are being scammed with the help of non complaining ,compliance officers that fail to notice the permit is dated incorrectly and all required licenses and insurance documents that are a prerequisite for a permit, magically disappeared along with the original blueprints as well as any history?? Wire fraud , mail fraud and honest services fraud. Please help. It is larger than this , especially when you find out the parties involved in this long going history of FRAUD AND CORRUPTION!
