Hunchback of Notre Dame has one of the most incredible soundtracks among the Disney movies ... there is an incredible amount of depth in each of the songs.
fluffernutter Oh please! I watched that movie practically every day when I was young and I loved it. And still do today. It IS dark but NOTHING compared to The Black Cauldron.
it's actually big, if you called tarzan 'man who falls in love with woman who he shouldn't be with' it would basically sound like you're going to watch romeo and Juliet. The title is important
I'm an atheist, but I think "God Help the Outcasts" is one of the heartfelt Disney songs that they've made. It make me rather emotional, actually, because it was so true back in those times, and even now.
Agreed. I loved watching Milan when I was younger. I know all the songs and the movies. I am so happy that her song ‘Reflection’ was put on here, it’s my favorite
Hera hates Hercules because he was created when Zeus cheated on her. It was told that Hercules was supposed to be a king but Hera made the goddess of birth postpone his Birth so his cousin was born first. Hera really wanted him dead so she put a madness on him so he killed his kids and his wife. He went to the oracle on how to cleanse himself. The only way was to work for his cousin (the king) twelve labors. It was only supposed to be 10 labors but Hera gave his cousin judgement on if the labor was complete. Hercules had help for two of them which is why there was 12 labors. Hera really wanted him to die, unfortunately for her he didn’t. Hera is not a loving mother like she is portrayed in the movie, she is terrible.
Mulan is so powerful because it's about a normal girl trying to find her place in a rigid society. It subverts gender norms and is less about the romance and more about the people. The eventual marriage between Shang and Mulan is not a prize or the end goal, it's a bonus - completely non-central to the story. If they cut that last scene where Shang goes to visit the Fa family, it would be a perfectly great story all on its own, not that I don't love Shulan. This is why Mulan will always be, by far, my favorite Disney Heroine. I don't want to call her a princess because she's not a princess - she's a warrior.
Same, she's the only one who isn't always oerfect, and doesn't always make the right decision. She's the most human out of them, and I love that it mentions heartbreak with her ex boyfriend, she's the only 'princess' who has an ex or a past at all really, the others all just fell in love at first sight and got married and lived happily ever after. I also like that she starts out working for the enemy, because she's the only disney 'princess' (as far as I know) who was ever fighting for the bad guys.
Jobix WaterTornado I'm glad you think so. I've been getting a lot of hate for not including "Belle" and "Part of your world" and even "Let it Go" even though this video was made long before Frozen was even out.
My favorite Disney woman is probably Esmerelda. I mean, she spit in Follo's face when he said "choose me or the fire". That was pretty badass, and I just love how she is. But I also love Mulan and Megara. They are definitely my favorite Disney women. :D but I also like Sally... Nightmare Before Christmas is an awesome movie.
I think people mostly hate on frozen because of all the popularity it's gotten, but people forget that all the other movies were popular as well. Frozen has a great soundtrack, albeit not all of them, and the voices are amazing, particularly idina. Let it go is an inspiring song, and people are just blinded by that. But im also sick at how much attention is brought to let it go, when other songs are shadowed. The first time in forever in my opinion is better.
Wrong! The movie is nothing but James Cameron's Avatar all over again. It just has that one thing good in it and people get blinded by the fact that what they're seeing is shit. There are several videos on YT that show all the similarities to the Lion King. Voice acting and soundtrack don't make a movie good
frozen fans make me upset because they say its the first Disney princes movie who doesn't need a man, WRONG!!! um hello anyone seen Brave, she was being forced to marry buy her mother the queen so she wanted to cage her fate and ended up turning her mother into a bear, they had to lison to one another and work together to break the spell, in the end Merida, THE PRINCESS, saves her mother, THE QUEEN. also they came to terms with one another, Merida was about to give in and choose a suitor until her mother, (still as a bear) mimed out for her that the young should be free to choose who they want to marry and that it takes time to fall in love, but even still its a small part in the move. Frozen has funny character's but the storyline is so much like lion king it makes me want to throw up.
I hate on Frozen because it had essentially no plot...a sister runs away then comes home?? What?? It was not believable at all for me. And I don't want to hear the argument that a lot of unbelievable things happen is Disney movies: talking animals. That's not what I mean. These parents locked their daughter in a room for her whole life. Then after she finally comes out after years of seclusion, she has complete mastery of her powers. WHAT?!
K well there was a plot. Elsa runs away because she's scared of discrimination and hate. Something even her parents even feared. Anna loves her sister regardless and tries to get her back. After seeing Anna frozen and basically dead, she knows what she did was wrong. She obviously didn't have mastery of her powers if she unintentionally created an unstoppable snowstorm that she DOESN'T know how to stop. She needed support in order for her to control herself. Her parents gave her the wrong support. Your points are invalid.
Oh my god, I watch this to the part where Pocahontas takes John to the bear den and picks up a cub. Literally all I am thinking is "you do know that in real life that bear would be slaughtering your balls right now."
I love "god help the outcasts", I lov e the whole movie and I am not religous but the song is so true. The "normal" people are so evil and cruel sometimes, how come they dont see? Why do they judge everybody? why do they force their thoughts upon everybody? why dont they realize? Then colours of the wind is also about that to a certain amount, just with nature
So very true! What a very insightful comment! Many people are ridiculed just because they're different. Or maybe they're misunderstood. I can kinda relate to that. Let's all do our best to help and understand those who aren't accepted by society. 😊
More like the people who aren't peasants and born fortunate inherently greed for more. Colours of the wind is more about excepting people who are different, because the Europeans only did those horrible things to the natives because they were viewed as different and primitive.
Sanaya Freeman She is Disney. The Nightmare before christmas was made by Disney, but put under the Touchstone logo because at the time the Walt Disney Company wasn't doing well. And because the movie was darker than what had been previously made they decided they didn't want to risk Disney's reputation. Touchstone is owned by the Walt Disney company. ...So to me it's fair game.
Yep! Colors of the Wind has ALWAYS been my favorite as a kid and always will be! Pocahontas is one of my favorite Disney movies and I find it underrated. I’d personally put God Help the Outcasts, I Won’t Say I’m in Love, Reflection, then Sally’s Song. I completely get Reflection was a huge part to why Mulan became so popular at the time, and she’s one of my favorite princesses. I just never related to her identity crisis
God help the outcasts is definitely one of my favorite songs in disney history. It just goes to show how those who are fortunate enough to have a home and a family still want more whereas people such as Outcasts really just want to have help with obtaining a home. I love how Esmerelda acknowledges that there are people less fortunate then her and she's lucky enough to be alive while you have the people praying for glory, love, wealth, and fame. What those people are unaware of is that there are people on Earth that are starving or without a family. If those people were to switch places with a gypsy they wouldn't survive an hour. They just don't realize how fortunate they are to have what they have. Esmerelda is way less fortunate but she still appreciates what she has. I guess being an outcast just got her to realize that life isn't easy and there are people less fortunate.
You know how the saying goes - those who have less, give more. People who are well off with homes and families and spouses and cars and money wouldn't offer a bite of their food to a stranger, but a homeless man would give everything he had to someone else they felt was even less fortunate.
***** Never said it was greedy or bad to not give. Simply that it's amazing how true "those who have less give more" is. But to be honest, when it gets to the point that the top 1% hold 99% of the money in a country, causing many people to be in poverty because it's damn near impossible to get out of the hole, then yeah. It's greedy to hold on to money that you don't need that could literally save lives if you gave it away.
Same. I’m really sad Esmerelda isn’t a Disney princess, considering how much crap she puts up with in her story. Like come on, the girl isn’t afraid to fight off a thousand guards trying to KILL her or refuses to give into Frollo’s lust to save herself. I always found this song so underrated. It isn’t necessarily an “I want” song, instead she literally says “I ask for nothing, I can get by” All she prays is the poor, the outcasts, her people, and anyone else struggling will be taken care of. Its such a sweet and heartwarming song about how she is the true saint while Frollo is nothing but a big, fat hypocrite
I LOVE ALL OF THESE FREAKING SONGS, But God Help the Outcasts and Colors of the Wind really get to me! (Though, thank you for including Sally's song!!!!!!)
# 3 has a lot of meaning because I visited Notre Dame only a few months after Princess Diana had died. Saying prayers in those sacred halls gave me both the strength and courage to go on.
Megara, Esmeralda, and Kida are my favourite characters. Reasons: -They are all strong and independent -They have NATURAL beauty -They're all pretty brave -They all have a kind heart -They have talent
Pocahontas and Tiana too! Another person that remembers Kida! She’s one of my favorites and its so sad how much she’s ignored just because she doesn’t sing in her movie
I personally like the Tangled song, "At last I see the light". I know that is a duet so therefore does not count as a woman's song but I personally love it. My favorite princess is also Rapunzel and Flynn Rider or Eugene Fitzherbert is my favorite prince. My favorite Disney Princess song is, Mulan, because it means so much for me. My favorite Disney Princess voice is Mulan as well.
Corrie Hammons i had to do a song in choir i forgot what it was called but it was a song in belle and i am only 11!! i had to sing the dinner song lke i said i forgot it!!
5: Let it grow ( The Lorax ) 4: I won't say im in love ( Hercules ) 3: Reflection ( Mulan ) 2: Peculiar Girl reprise ( Beauty and the Beast ) 1: God help the Outcasts ( The hunch back or Notre Dame )
5. The Lorax is one of the worst animated movies of all time and it isn't Disney. 4. Great song. 3. Should be higher. 2. It's called "Belle Reprise" not "Peculiar Girl Reprise". 1. Beautiful but not worth of 1st place.
Unfortunately, I haven't watched A nightmare before Christmas (please don't hurt me). When I get the time I definitely will. :) This is a brilliant playlist.
IKR? I find her movie so underrated because so many people complain about historical inaccuracies in a movie made for kids (not to mention Disney movies literally sugarcoat the living crap out of almost every story they adapt) instead of actually LISTENING to the messages in Pocahontas. I think if she and John Smith had entirely different names, they and the movie would be a lot more beloved. As a matter of fact, her movie is actually what got me into Native American culture as a kid
my personal think that colors of the wind should be higher on the list but I think on deserves where it should be... all the songs that you chose are perfect. I think it would be a battle between Reflection and Colors of the Wind... Those are my top two favorites. Then Sally's song, God Help the Outcast and then I won't say I'm in love. But... That's just me. ^^
Sharon Williams she lead a sad life because john ralf in real life made her belive that john smith was dead, she only found out he was still alive when she was dying. she asked to have her body taken back over to her village and buried there but john ralf didn't, even he promised pocahontas. if he real story on pocahontas' is wanted ask the natives in ontario canada, you find out a lot
@@sharonwilliams2515ok? You do realize Rapunzel was based on a real life Italian martyr, and Beast was based on a real person too? Or the Hunchback of Notre Dame, it was based on true events at the time, considering the same author wrote Les Miserables which is also based on true events. Tell me when you find evidence of talking trees, then you can complain about historical inaccuracies in Pocahontas
I love that you got Mulan on Place 1. Would have loved to have Pocahontas on place 2. Both stories are actually true stories. The Main story about Mulan is happened in the 15th Century and The story of Pocahontas is actually ( as we all know ) known as the colonization try from the british guys in america. Sorry for mistakes in the language, I'm german..
The one part of the Pocahontas one that's true is their names and location. In reality she was given to them as a gift as a young girl and died after they took her back to England.
Fa Mulan is actually a Chinese myth. I had to look up the original stories for English. Look it up if you don't believe me. ( no sass spoken with the last statement)
Okay 2 points I am getting absolutely sick of making to commenters: 1. I didn't see Frozen. I am a 22yr old man so seeing girly kids movies is not on the top of my to do list. (Although some of the voice actresses are.) 2. Frozen didn't make this video because the video was out almost 2 years before the movie was released.
SuperCHARged Productions What's your problem? I didn't ask if you had seen frozen nor am I saying frozen should be on this list. I'm simply saying that I like the disney songs that I grew up with alot better than the ones in frozen. I think they are better both musically and lyrically. CTFO dude. Also, I can imagine it annoys you when people comment asking why a song of frozen isn't on your list when it is simply your list, you should get to choose whats on it.
Andrew Ligon Honestly I don't even understand why people keep saying that... why do they feel the need to speak about much crap Frozen was in videos that have nothing to do with Frozen, what even is the point, what are you gaining with this
the reason frozen was considered such a great soundtrack was the vocals more so than the songs. with incredible strong voices like idena menzel's and such smooth male vocals such as josh gad's and jonathan groff's it was inevitable for it to be good.
Ok ok ok ok. Can we all gave this video a ROUND OF APPLAUSE!! this is the first video that had God Help The Outcast😏😏 omfg i thought everyone forgot about this movie!! Definetly getting a thumbsup👌👍 btw i think this is my fave video of diseny songs bc the first 3 or 3 of 7 the best (my opinion)😊😊😊👏👏👏👏👏👏👏💛💛💜
@@carolbass8065uh, you do realize the movie has a talking tree lol? I completely agree her name should’ve been different so she wasn’t based on a real person with a sad story, but I still love her movie
After watching Mulan for the first time in years amongst other Disney classics, I'd easily say that I am in love with all the sound tracks. My god I never realized the musics potential when I was younger and now its like listening to water fall over smooth sand stone, so beautiful, its like an old friend you haven't spend time with in a long time. Now my phone is kind of filled with Disney art and pictures.
+Anime_lover doan I'm pretty sure it's the name of a particular full moon. For instance, the Wolf Moon is in or near January. Here's a list of full moon names: www.almanac.com/content/full-moon-names
i don't have anything against frozen, my great niece age 4 is obsessed with it ( I have just turned 30 isn't it amazing that I have two great nieces!!) And when I watched it I thought it was very wonderful and the music quite sweet and catchy. But to me personally, with the way I was raised out in the bush, learning respect for the land that we belong to and the stories of the dream time Pocahontas always struck such a deep chord in me, plus the way they drew her, tall athletic voluptuous, and she moved with grace strength vitality and also dignity. plus when I was a kid I always wanted beautiful hair like hers, jet black to the waist. mine is dark brown black auburn and wavy and curly!
I love all these songs, the two that top the charts for me though are I won't Say I'm in Love and God Help the Outcasts . That song in the Hunchback is very touching .
Mulan's reflection is my favorite song on this list. My second is God help the outcasts. But will Pocahontas please explain what the heck a blue corn moon is!?!?
Each month has a different name for a full moon. In September it is called a Full Corn Moon. A blue moon is the second full moon in a month. So a Blue Corn Moon is the second full moon in September!
Actually, the Grinning Bobcat is a constellation. I'm pretty sure that's the reference it was making. How little kids are supposed to get that, though, is beyond me...
My top 5 is: 5. Anna "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman" (Frozen) 4. Aurora "Once Upon a Dream" (Sleeping Beauty) 3. Meg "I Won't Say I'm in Love" (Hercules) 2. Ariel "Part of Your World" (The Little Mermaid) 1. Anastasia "Once Upon a December" (Anastasia)
Andreia Couto Yeah it was produced by 20th Century Fox and was Directed by Don Bluth and Gary Goldman. I don't know much about Gary Goldman but Don Bluth was a brilliant director who also directed The Land Before Time, All Dogs go to Heaven, and The Secret of Nimh. (If you haven't seen those movies check them out, you won't regret it.)
if mulan sold her clothes as make up remover tissues, she'd be bloddy rich! xDDD i mean make up THAT heavy and it took just ONE swipe for each side, i mean c'mon that's the golden fleece right there xD
"You think the only people who are people are the people who look and think like you" Why does this sum up our society?
+pandaloveV It'sw sad that that is true.
Vivianne it's not as much on looks but yeah. People today shut off all other ideologies . I basically a circle jerk of opinions
Idk
As I read this the song sang it....
Thank you so much for highlighting this, it is missing piece to a paper I am writing.
Hunchback of Notre Dame has one of the most incredible soundtracks among the Disney movies ... there is an incredible amount of depth in each of the songs.
Amelia Spencer im a bit late but the Hunchback of Notre Dame is the only disney movie my parents dont want me to watch. its so dark
fluffernutter Oh please! I watched that movie practically every day when I was young and I loved it. And still do today. It IS dark but NOTHING compared to The Black Cauldron.

My husband loves that song. :D

Meg is the sassiest Disney character there is

Omg how dare you forget Persasy
Lol jokes
But seriously
You forgot Percy Jackson
Hercules was one of the best Disney movies, and the music was fantastic! Loved your choices!
I agree!
Same here...you have no idea how many people I've talked to who have no idea it even exists......;-;
Hercules should of been called Heracles, Hercules was the roman god and last time I checked zues wasn't roman
Eh. One little mistake.

One year later, yes. It still does.
I thought it was just me
Yeah I was disappointed a little bit...

Oh, Mulan...if only it were really that easy to wipe off make-up...
BreeBee! Well, if you think about it: back in those days it probably was.
I know right? Just take one wipe at your face and bam! It's gone.
i guess her make-up was made in china
jezreel seniel lol
BreeBee! And it's not even some special wipe thing, it's her sleeve! Like girl give me them magic sleeves.
Mulan has probably the best disney track of all time
Saaaammmeeee
have you heard pocahontas soundtrack
Agreed. I loved watching Milan when I was younger. I know all the songs and the movies. I am so happy that her song ‘Reflection’ was put on here, it’s my favorite
Hercules for me
*pulls out butter knife* nightmare before christmas. *hisszszzz*
My biggest regret about taking Mythology is knowing what happens to Megara after she marries Hercles.
Tell me about it XD But don't worry, Hercules slaughtered every other inch of Mythology, why not Megara's fate as well?
What will happen?
Hera will give him a madness, or something like that and he will kill Meg and their children (:
Hera hates Hercules because he was created when Zeus cheated on her. It was told that Hercules was supposed to be a king but Hera made the goddess of birth postpone his Birth so his cousin was born first. Hera really wanted him dead so she put a madness on him so he killed his kids and his wife. He went to the oracle on how to cleanse himself. rosebudlilac SHE IS A BADASS BITCH although she's not one of my top three, I still have a special place for her in my heart.
Yes!!
+rosebudlilac agreeeed :)
You can't call many of the Disney princesses heroines like you can with Mulan. She is an actual hero rather than a damsel to be saved
+rosebudlilac she will always be my favorite u know they making live-action mulan
God Help The Outcasts always makes me cry ;~; It's so beautiful
Avery Bombastic Same bruh
Avery Bombastic "I thought we were all children of god....." Gets me every time.
Avery Bombastic me too I always cry, I had to started looking for the tissues
You are not alone
it's hard not to cry, but I love it so I keep tissues on hand. happy to know someone who like this song
Colors of the Wind is my number one, it's so beautiful and the message is just as touching.
Megara is still my favourite disney "princess".
To bad she isn't an official Disney Princess. :(
Igna Powers well she is better, she is the wife of a demi-god.
leenalee witch In the Greek Mythology, Megara is identified as a princess, daughter to King Croen. The more you know! 😀
Same, she's the only one who isn't always oerfect, and doesn't always make the right decision. Love these songs
Just think most girls are all about men rescuing them, these girls are strong without men.
You go girls!!!!!
Jobix WaterTornado I'm glad you think so. I've been getting a lot of hate for not including "Belle" and "Part of your world" and even "Let it Go" even though this video was made long before Frozen was even out.

you go girls? hercules pun intended?
Lion Blaze :)
:DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Meg's song was always my top favorite

Meg is the sassiest character Disney has ever made

Colors of the Wind is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard!
Why can't my makeup come off as easily as mulans!!!

aleksandra podinovskaya Brave is a Pixar movie. Disney just owns Pixar. So brave is only Disney because of Pixar
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ADDING SALLY'S SONG! It's such a beautiful and emotional song and rarely gets the love it deserves!
Oh my god, I watch this to the part where Pocahontas takes John to the bear den and picks up a cub. Literally all I am thinking is "you do know that in real life that bear would be slaughtering your balls right now."

OMG!!! totally
rotfl. You deserve an award for this comment :'D
I know rigth? Im thinking the same thing!!
It's a kids movie, what do you expect?

YES FINLY SALLY'S SONG IS ON THERE I THOUGHT PEOPLE FORGOT ABOUT SALLY
How can anyone forget about Sally?
I don't know but no one commented about her song

I hit the thumbs up button just for Mulan finally being number 1😍
Yes Mulan is amazing
Mulan is my life!! She is sooo amazing!
Um like if u think Sally is kinda creepy.....
I think 1. Colors of the wind 2. Reflection 3. I won't say I'm in love 4. God help the outcasts 5. Sally's song( no offence to anyone )
Agree

I would give money or food to a homeless person...that is, if people who fake being homeless just to get sympathy and free stuff aren’t so common.
You don't always need to marry a prince or where a crown to be a princess ☺️☺️☺️☺️💕
Constantly Annoyed For saying that u already are a princess 😚😚👍🏿👍🏾👍🏽👸🏾👸🏾👸🏾👸🏾👸🏾👸🏾👸🏾👸🏾👸🏾👸🏾👸🏾
I LOVE ALL OF THESE FREAKING SONGS, But God Help the Outcasts and Colors of the Wind really get to me! (Though, thank you for including Sally's song!!!!!!)
grell!!
Grell what are you doing watching Disney songs? Shouldn't you be doing a job??? O.o
Glipper Berry I do have time to myself you know! But, nonetheless, don't breathe a word to William about it. He'd have my head!
Phalin Valria lol good luck then
thats because of your horrible taste in music
# 3 has a lot of meaning because I visited Notre Dame only a few months after Princess Diana had died. Saying prayers in those sacred halls gave me both the strength and courage to go on.
Megara, Esmeralda, and Kida are my favourite characters.
Reasons:
-They are all strong and independent
-They have NATURAL beauty
-They're all pretty brave
-They all have a kind heart
-They have talent
Pocahontas and Tiana too! Another person that remembers Kida! She’s one of my favorites and its so sad how much she’s ignored just because she doesn’t sing in her movie
@@kristinahuchison2511 omg yesss you're so right I LOVE KIDAAA
I personally like the Tangled song, "At last I see the light". I know that is a duet so therefore does not count as a woman's song but I personally love it. My favorite princess is also Rapunzel and Flynn Rider or Eugene Fitzherbert is my favorite prince. My favorite Disney Princess song is, Mulan, because it means so much for me. My favorite Disney Princess voice is Mulan as well.
Esmeralda and Mulan have such a pure heart...Seeing them like this really hurts.
I had to sing God help the outcast for a choir program, and it was solo, I was so scared lol
I bet you've been great. (:
LoonyMoony. aw, thanks :)
Same. I know that song backwards & forwards! It's a hard song, so snaps to you for even doing it at all! Haha I was terrified!
Corrie Hammons i had to do a song in choir i forgot what it was called but it was a song in belle and i am only 11!! i had to sing the dinner song lke i said i forgot it!!
alyssa marshall Be Our Guest? Is that the one you're talking about?
I absolutely LOVE Colors of the Wind.
Pocahontas is severely underrated.
5: Let it grow ( The Lorax )
4: I won't say im in love ( Hercules )
3: Reflection ( Mulan )
2: Peculiar Girl reprise ( Beauty and the Beast )
1: God help the Outcasts ( The hunch back or Notre Dame )
F43
5. The Lorax is one of the worst animated movies of all time and it isn't Disney.
4. Great song.
3. Should be higher.
2. It's called "Belle Reprise" not "Peculiar Girl Reprise".
1. Beautiful but not worth of 1st place.
"You can own the Earth and still
All you'll own is Earth until
You can paint with all the colors of the wind"
Best of the bests
Unfortunately, I haven't watched A nightmare before Christmas (please don't hurt me). When I get the time I definitely will. :) This is a brilliant playlist.
is it only my laptop or did it just freeze in the middle of "i wont say i'm in love"?
Mine did too
Me too. I only watched this video for that song.
Mine did as well and it's annoying!!😡😡😡
pocahontas def had the most insight and touched on so many issues in society. Gotta love her
Disney songs give me the chills... in a good way lol
My list:
5.Belle(Reprise)
4.Reflection
3.Part of your world
2.Let it go
1.Colors of the wind
Colors of the Wind is just such a beautiful song
Esmerelda's song beautiful too
Part of your world should definitely be on here! And colors of the wind!
Colors of the wind IS there, actually, number 5.
"Reflection" never fails to make me cry. Who *hasn't* felt that way?
I remember watching the nightmare before christmas when i was small and enjoyed it. It was very different, hence why i liked it.
God help the Outcasts give me chills every time I hear it
I always marveled at Pocahontas' incredibly evolved understanding of "the white man" and the differences between them.
I love Esmeralda's voice.
my personal think that colors of the wind should be higher on the list but I think on deserves where it should be... all the songs that you chose are perfect. I think it would be a battle between Reflection and Colors of the Wind... Those are my top two favorites. Then Sally's song, God Help the Outcast and then I won't say I'm in love. But... That's just me. ^^
don't actually pick up bear cubs, kids
Rachael Lefler uuuuuuuugh it's a disney movie let it go pun intended
Steven Brown
But seriously, you could get killed picking up a bear cub with a mamma bear right there.
Rachael Lefler yes sir
Don't do this at home kids...or anywhere really.....mama bears have NO MERCY lol!
Colours of the wind is by far my favourite disney song (:
Pocahontas will always be my favorite Disney character, and Belle my favorite official Disney princess
pocahontas is a princess being the cheif's daughter
Pocahontas - is a real person not a Disney character. She was a real person who lived a sad life.
Sharon Williams she lead a sad life because john ralf in real life made her belive that john smith was dead, she only found out he was still alive when she was dying. she asked to have her body taken back over to her village and buried there but john ralf didn't, even he promised pocahontas. if he real story on pocahontas' is wanted ask the natives in ontario canada, you find out a lot
john blake
Wow - Thanks. I did not know that. Could you tell me more?
@@sharonwilliams2515ok? You do realize Rapunzel was based on a real life Italian martyr, and Beast was based on a real person too? Or the Hunchback of Notre Dame, it was based on true events at the time, considering the same author wrote Les Miserables which is also based on true events.
Tell me when you find evidence of talking trees, then you can complain about historical inaccuracies in Pocahontas
Colors of the wind is my favorite Disney song of all time!!!!!!!!
All of these are definitely my childhood songs! Especially "I won't say I'm in Love", "Reflection" and, "The Colours of the Wind"!
WAIT MULAN IS A TRUE STORY?!?!?!
I've been under a rock for soooo long...
o-o
im part german :)
Shanghai Vang See? I knew it wasn't real. Thx :D
These are all better than the songs in frozen.
Okay 2 points I am getting absolutely sick of making to commenters:
1. I didn't see Frozen. I am a 22yr old man so seeing girly kids movies is not on the top of my to do list. (Although some of the voice actresses are.)
Andrew Ligon your wronger then wrong.
i had a thought: For those who read percy jackson, Dont you think meg is well suited for being Zoe nightshade? XD
I never thought of it that way! But yeah, you're right...
lol XD except in this story hercules does hte right thing! :O
OOOH this could also fit calypso!!! :O
OMG YASSSS
XD
Ok ok ok ok. Can we all gave this video a ROUND OF APPLAUSE!! this is the first video that had God Help The Outcast😏😏 omfg i thought everyone forgot about this movie!! Definetly getting a thumbsup👌👍 btw i think this is my fave video of diseny songs bc the first 3 or 3 of 7 the best (my opinion)😊😊😊👏👏👏👏👏👏👏💛💛💜
Colors of the wind is such a good song. Yaass Pocahontas!
I loved sally's song! it is one of my personal favorites. I don't know why anyone would dislike it but oh well I guess everyone has their opinions
It's amazing song
***** ģbbuh7 u go pp l ei ri at ay su ei two

Anastasia's "Once Upon a December" would have been a great song to add to this list too, but I do agree with you on the list you made here.
Not disney
+Paula T its not disney
I love Pocahontas, Mulan and Tiana because they are empowering female disney characters and they don't think they need men to complete their lives
I'm iffy on Pocahontas, but agree 100% regarding Mulan and Tiana! And actually, Belle did well in that department too.
@@carolbass8065uh, you do realize the movie has a talking tree lol? I completely agree her name should’ve been different so she wasn’t based on a real person with a sad story, but I still love her movie
I know all these songs by heart! especially Sally's Song and Reflection
You got it perfect :D You put in all my favorites!
I love colors of the wind and reflection 😍❤️
I wish I had Mulan's makeup remover. I'd wear makeup way more often if I did.
Colors of the wind my favorite
Mulan is definitely my favourite.
So many memories and feelings!! The nostalgia is so bittersweet. Disney WAS my childhood. Thanx for posting this.
To those that are asking, #3 is Esmirelda fro Hunchback Of Notre Dam. Sorry if I spelled her name wrong
Esmeralda
After watching Mulan for the first time in years amongst other Disney classics, I'd easily say that I am in love with all the sound tracks. My god I never realized the musics potential when I was younger and now its like listening to water fall over smooth sand stone, so beautiful, its like an old friend you haven't spend time with in a long time. Now my phone is kind of filled with Disney art and pictures.
Meg's 'I won't say I'm in love' and Mulan's 'reflection' was my favorite on this list. But really what's a blue corn moon??
+Anime_lover doan A harvest moon, I think.
It has no real meaning. Just the moon. The writer just liked the sound of it.
+Anime_lover doan I'm pretty sure it's the name of a particular full moon. For instance, the Wolf Moon is in or near January. Here's a list of full moon names: www.almanac.com/content/full-moon-names
It has some meaning. It is just a moon that appears to be the color blue. No real meaning.
Heck yes! I agree!
Mulan is the best Disney princess because she accomplished something AND fell in love
Definately, Esmerelda's song is the best. But all of them are really great!
Pocahontas's voice sounds AMAZING!! Singing Colors of the Wind!!!!
"colors of the wind" is my favorite!!!!!
I absolutely love Esmerelda's song!
Wow you pick the right one. Sometimes I feel like her I haven't find no one yet for me.#1 Reflection * Mulan*
You put all of them in the perfect order! I love Sally's Song and Reflections!
i don't have anything against frozen, my great niece age 4 is obsessed with it ( I have just turned 30 isn't it amazing that I have two great nieces!!)
And when I watched it I thought it was very wonderful and the music quite sweet and catchy.
Pocahontas love story is a major goal
Yas and couple goals
Not when you know what really happened
Disney goals then :]
No DISNEY lmfao not reallll
Lol no not if you watch the sequel... 😢😢
For me: 1= Reflection, 2= God help the outcasts, 3= Colours of the wind, 4= Sally's song, 5= I won't say I'm in love
they should make esmeralda a disney princess, (disney princess means princess by heart like mulan and mulans not a royalty)
Awesome job! I've had so much fun watching this and remembering all the songs I was obsessed with when I was younger... okay I still am!
Mulan's reflection is my favorite song on this list. My second is God help the outcasts. But will Pocahontas please explain what the heck a blue corn moon is!?!?
Lit😂
Each month has a different name for a full moon. In September it is called a Full Corn Moon. A blue moon is the second full moon in a month. So a Blue Corn Moon is the second full moon in September!
Savannah Clarke That is correct.
God dammit. I mean the bobcat grinning doesn't make too much sense but the song is still awesome :)
Actually, the Grinning Bobcat is a constellation. I'm pretty sure that's the reference it was making. How little kids are supposed to get that, though, is beyond me...
Haa. Thanks. I didn't know that.
No problem! I didn't know either until I looked it up about a year ago.
Evlyn Remley well i've learnt something new today!
Evlyn Remley if you look at the stars when she says this they make the shape of a bobcat that is grinning
Number 4 is one is my favorite Hercules song besides The Gospel Truth 1
My top 5 is:
5. Anna "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman" (Frozen)
4. Aurora "Once Upon a Dream" (Sleeping Beauty)
3. Meg "I Won't Say I'm in Love" (Hercules)
2. Ariel "Part of Your World" (The Little Mermaid)
1. Anastasia "Once Upon a December" (Anastasia)
Andreia Couto Just want to point out that Anastasia is NOT a Disney movie. A lot of people think it is, but it's not.
Oh thanks. I didn't know but thanks. Do u know who produced it?
Andreia Couto Yeah it was produced by 20th Century Fox and was Directed by Don Bluth and Gary Goldman.
I don't know much about Gary Goldman but Don Bluth was a brilliant director who also directed The Land Before Time, All Dogs go to Heaven, and The Secret of Nimh. (If you haven't seen those movies check them out, you won't regret it.)
Ah ok. Thanks for the correction :D
Andreia Couto Is Anastasia even Disney?
I like Mulan's Reflection. I like Christina Aguilera's version of it even more! :)
All of these songs give me the feels...Ya know?!
if mulan sold her clothes as make up remover tissues, she'd be bloddy rich! xDDD i mean make up THAT heavy and it took just ONE swipe for each side, i mean c'mon that's the golden fleece right there xD
Colors of the wind should be number 1 !
You have great taste. ^^
Love your choices! You put in songs that I'd assumed had been forgotten my most people. Well done!
MULAN #1
REFLECTION
A great list! These songs are always overlooked...especially Sally's. :)
