- If you like to do highlights and notes when reading ebooks on your e-Readers that runs KOReader software, then I show you in this tutorial how to export your highlights and notes from either one book at a time or all books at once. Then you can choose which formats to use or even which services to store your highlights in. It supports Readwise, Joplin, TXT, HTML, Markdown and many more. I do this on my Kobo Clara 2e, Kobo Libra H2O and my Onyx Boox Palma.

I don’t know if you read my mind or what but I was literally poking at the KOReader highlight menu a couple days ago to see how to do this. Thank you for the clear explanation.
That’s cool. You’re welcome ☺️
Thanks ! It s great !
You’re welcome
1. Can you export the notes as PDF?
2. Are all the highlights synced? and the exported file is the synced highlights across different devices?
Have you watched the whole video? You see all the formats that you can export in the video. And no pdf is not one of them but as I show in the video you can easily open the html file in a web browser and save it to what ever you want for example pdf. And as I also say in the video, no they are not synced between devices.
Great explanation! Thank you..
You’re welcome. It’s quite easy.
Can you make a video on how I can read the news in Kobo?
I don’t do that myself but maybe I will do a video about that someday
@@svartling It would be greatly appreciated.
Try bidirectional sync with devices
I’m not sure what you are talking about but I don’t want the highlights to sync. I want to handle them as I show in this video. Apps like sync thing is too buggy.
@@svartling sorry, I forgot this is not like in windows
@talisap no this is e-readers running KOReader software where you export files to the e-reader itself.
