Some people are just unbelievably good at what they do this dude is one of those people I’ve been doing this type of work for about 10 years and I can tell this guy is a beast. I love some of these tools he has to work with if I had a few of them it would of made life a million times easier lol
Hey Kyle, really like your channel. The repair process are joyful and informative. I think it will be great if you could include the welding process on the cutting edge between panel (not the point welding but the cutting edge welding) and include the full primer and paint respray as well. I believe everyone will love to see the whole process everytime :)
Good to see your quality work. Your attention to detail and explanation of your process shows how much you care about your craftsmanship. I'm certain the customer had no complaints about this repair work!
My Chevy SS sedan just got hit on the passenger side and being such a limited production car scares the shit out of me thinking of the rarity of some of its parts. Watching these videos gives me a lil bit of hope!
Hello. I did not notice spotter. Do you have one? With this equipment you could repair those damages with out replacement. It takes less time and needs less painting. And less expensive
Hey Kyle, love the videos. Just found you a short time ago, and I’m trying to catch up. I already subbed. I have one favor/request would it be difficult for you to put in on screen some of the products you’re using in the time lapse sections? Like I saw you put in etch primer on screen, which is great, I was thinking maybe you could put in like which grit of sandpaper your using at the time, things like that.. I know it would help me greatly as a noob, but I know editing videos takes hours so it might be too much. Just a thought. Please keep the videos coming

Almost all cars now you can't get just the rocker panel. You have to buy the whole uniside with the quarter panel.
I would like an estimate. Is that possible?

Why not melt tin into the weld seams? It’ll be more durable than plastic filler.

Lead is a hazardous material no longer used.
this is satisfying to watch but aren’t repairs like this like significantly more expensive than not fixing it?

Backing plates or just butt weld

I like to flange the seams. Less heat for welding. Some people and myself might sleeve it.
