CarPro Reload 2.0!!! Is It A Better Version Of The Original?
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 9 мар 2023
- Today, I share my experience with CarPro Reload 2.0. CarPro Reload 2.0 can quickly protect and enhance the shine of not only your paint but also the rubber, glass, plastic and more! This unique spray on protection is truly a one of a kind product that can help any detailer get great results in less time as it's remarkably easy to apply and remove. Preserving the same ease of application, CarPro enhanced the original Reload formula and Reload 2.0 offers more gloss, extended durability, improved chemical and environmental resistances. To apply, simply spray it on the paint just after washing or just after it's dried and wipe away any excess with a clean microfiber towel. Only light pressure is needed and you'll be amazed at how effortless the removal process is. The shine it leaves behind is incredible and the protection will last up to 4 months. The protection is strong enough that you can use it as a stand-alone product or to supplement another layer of protection on the surface already. Use it on top of coatings, sealants and even waxes in a well-ventilated area with gloves to be safe. An entire vehicle should only require about one to two ounces of product depending on its size, so you get a tremendous value from just one bottle. So if you are tired of an average shine and mediocre protection from a spray on product pick up the CarPro Reload 2.0!

Do you think Reload 2.0 is worth the price?
I don't think it's worth the price. I still have a bottle of the older version laying around that I don't use--too many better alternatives out there. I never thought the performance was all that great.
$250 for a gallon of Reload. I want whatever that pricing manager is smoking
😬 nope...
Looks fantastic, but price and durability are questionable.
I'll pass
I just topped my ceramic coat for a car show on Saturday. Absolute joy. I had previously bought a gallon of 3d bead it it which is an absolute pain for streaks and removal by comparison. So far, so worth the price.
Not really impressed with anything from 3D. I’m drawn to the more eco friendly and user safe aspect but don’t have solid performance that I like
@jkroemer2685 yeah I had previously used the 3d one on my 2018 f36 build and I absolutely loved it. Not so much the bead it which I'll probably give away
Dang CarPro, $35 bucks?! Gotta eat too!
I loved the first reload best filling product it was like a hand glaze not only filled but saturated
Hi Brian, sorry, but the workshop manager was definitely the star of this video😊
No doubt! 🙂
Do a comparison using Reload, Reload 2.0, BC3 and Phoenix EOD's Titan.
In my opinion nothing even comes close to the car pro reloads slickness and shine and how easy it goes on! Cant wait to try the 2.0!
Gotta listen to the Shop Manager. If she comes over and says pet me, must oblige.😁
Absolutely!
Brian, Just so people can see how VERY good Bc3 is, compare the 2. I think many are so "Familiar" with some of the BIG name alternatives like CarPro reload they will default to it by name recognition alone, not realizing there are much better alternatives out there. Bc3 is all I use now! Thanks again for putting out an excellent, excellent product! *cheers
I’m a big Reload fan but you’re right the price is too much. I’d love to see a comparison against BC3 🍻🍻🍻
OMG - that Challenger ♥. I once bought two bottles of the V1. I love the ease of use, the gloss and the slickness. Unfortunately, it only lasted a few weeks on the car. Nowadays, I just think of it as a very good QD but wouldn't buy again. I think you should put it up against something similarly easy to use like Seal 'n' Shine or even TW Ceramic Spray Sealant (or, indeed, BC3 but that means treading the uncertain ground between reviewing and advertising, although I think most of your audience would be OK with that - I would). I find both incredibly easy to apply properly, both give great visual results and both last a decent amount of time.
Price definitely is a factor. I think I’ll stay with BC3 or Titan.
Pricey stuff! I stay with BC3 or Titan
Hi Brian. I love your channel. You are my go to guy whenever I want to learn about a product. Thank you for the multitude of videos teaching your craft. Have you ever used R1 products? I used R1 Street ceramic coating on my cars and I love the results. They also have a follow up product called R1 revive. I haven't tried it until recently and I'm very impressed. The gloss was amazing as well as the water beading and the slickness is probably the best I've ever experienced. This is a similar product to Carpro Reload and I thought it would be a good product to do a comparison test with. Thanks again for so many videos with your advice and detailing knowledge.
I put them on my list.👍
I've had great success with Nova Car care products and the longevity has been superb
You give us great videos Brian! Always honest and no mucking around!
I see you love dogs too like me so you are 5 Star in my eyes!
Still have the original version and Elixir. Both work well. Surface has to be cool!!!
I think Sissy wants a treat!
Always!
Another great video! Really has a great jetting effect.. 🤙 I say maybe put it against 3d Bead it up! Think will be a good one!
since I also use the reload on the windshield, I don't have to turn on the windshield wiper blades. this is some awesome stuff!❤❤❤❤
I have done Perfect Shine and then Reload last fall....very very satisfied.
Nothing compares to BC3...price performance & results. Like Maxwell House Coffee, good to the last drop.
Great choice!
Sissy’s ready to go for a walk👍
You are correct....as well as a treat!
Put it against griots 3n1 ceramic spray
Vs. Griot's 3 in 1 Ceramic Wax?
Shop manager keeping the business in order!
As Always. 🙂
I like Reload but it’s kinda expensive, I think there’s better bang for your buck spray sealants out there, nice video 👍🏼
no way
@@carl16760 yah way, it is expensive and there’s better products for price
Cute dog
The Shop manager is the Best !!! LOL))))
She is.🙂👍
Looks good but seems to expensive compared to other products out there!
it looks good, but i value my money more than how nice it looks when others are much more affordable, and also very good.
Thank you 4 the Mopar good friend
I knew this one would get your attention.
Yeah the price. And yes a vs with BC3 would be great!
Shop Manager.... Love it!!! And Beautiful 😊
Looks like a nice product. Great presentation as always, Brian. I'd love to see it up against BC3. Personally I'm sticking with BC3, unless there's just a huge performance difference, and I can't imagine there would be. Price is definitely a factor.
Do a test with multiple sealants. It's been a while since you last did one. Keep up the good work 👏
Did you ever review Gyeon Ceramic Detailer?
Compare with BC3 and TITAN Maybe also ethos DEFY.
Definitely put up against BC3!
The price is obviously a bit out there... but at least I used it for the first time as a maintenance / top off on my PPF / Ceramic coated car, and it did make a visible difference, and it was easy to apply on / buff off.
I’m surprised you’ve never reviewed Rejex. I’m mobile in Florida and it’s normally my #1 choice for a paint sealant
Original vs 2.0 vs BC3 for sure
Is this a sealant if so I'd like to see it compared to turtle wax hybrid ceramic coating spray
Please compare to Blue Collar 3!
Awesome video and product review good friend
I'd like to see your evaluation of this product vs. EOD Titan. Seems very pricey. Like expensive car waxes, I've tried them all and can't tell the difference between an expensive one and Collonite 845.
I will stick with BC3!
Good choice!
Another great review Brian , reload for me was never that great. Definitely innovative when launched but as years went by was surpassed. Definitely will stick with the Blue Collar line up , always appreciate the content.
No Pretty amazing with shop Mgr 😆😆😆😆
I'll wait until further testing before I make a decision. For that price, it should be a 1000ml bottle.
Hi what's the glossiest wax / sealant you have tested ? Seems like it's TW Graphene Flex Wax with a reading of 100 ?
Thanks Brian 👊🏼
I'm biased I'll take BC ALL DAY long...😆😆
Good Choice!!😀
I wish you did the original next to 2.0
$35.00! Ouch. Puppy adores her daddy. Awesome.
She is a great sidekick.🐶👍
Hi Brian, I reccomend you to test SC0 Hydro Sealant by Fra Ber. It is an italian brevetted nano sealant, it needs 7 hours to cure and it is glossy, slick and hydrophobic as hardly anyone is!
Technician choice ceramic spray coating is much better even if it was the same price as this!
It was always too streaky for me and super temperamental with warm surfaces. There were so many other products that were more pleasant to use.
Put it up against KochChemi SOo2?
Been using the reload v2 for a couple months now trying to protect my car from road salt and brine during the Canadian winter months. Of course it doesn’t survive but it does help a lot.
thks Brian
Is it ok if it gets on some of the rubber window trim? Can it be used on the rubber as well?
Did I see a rag company wolf pack towel? How do you feel about them? I have found lots of drag and lint issues. Think I’m sticking to 365’s as of now. But still have them to mess with
Probably a similar towel...no lint. I order mine from Detailing World.
@@apexdetail85 I’m having an issue with the plusher towels dragging. Could that possibly be from under saturating or over saturating the towels? They drag horribly no matter how much or how little product I seem to use. Trying to find that balance.
I would like to see that up against bc3. Brian any chance of you coming out with a sheeting product. I live in NEPA and hate the water spots
In the works.
@@apexdetail85 nice. Can’t wait to get it
Is this product PPF safe?
Nice
I'd like to see it up against BC3
What’s the glossiest product have you have found with around a month + durability, I love this type of product can put it everywhere and not worry about staining trim
Try this! apexsurfaceprotection.store/collections/blue-collar-by-apex-surface-protection/products/bc-3-ceramic-detailer-3-6-months-16-oz
Binder!
Do the instructions indicate a 30 second dwell time, or is that your personal recommendation? I am anxious to see the improvements myself.
The label indicates 30 to 60 seconds… then wipe off.
Indeed. On the bottle's label.
Can you use on winshields?
Can you do a review on the dura coating polishes and ceramic
Will this work on matte paint?
Can reload 2.0 be applied over wax?
So they sell high end products(not just carpro) and recommend a topper(gyeon springs to mind).... Oh...
They sell and price on extremely long duration times of high end sealants and then sell this to be put on top. So the beading you see is the topper and you hid the deterioration of the original product?
That very well could be.
It's going on a coated car today.
If I remember correctly they were the 1st company 2 make sio2 4 consumers. Just remember it was a true PIA on blk paint very finicky imo
nice
this - vs - turtle wax hybrid ceramic sealant - vs - meguiars pro hybrid ceramic cealant or ceramic wax - vs - bcollar3
Products like this are so “Dime a Dozen”, that I’m sure there are better alternatives that are way cheaper. And who really knows what anything is that’s put on a bottle. ??
the coverage of Reload 1 going on is by far better than any $20 bottle of pee-pee
I have notice a lot of these big companies seem to be hype. Nothing really stands out to me.
Carpro tends to be pricey I think
Any coating that needs a reload or refresher is low quality. Look at Nasiol coatings, no refresher needed. Their 3 year is a 3 year. Not reload every 3 months
I'll probably pass...🤓👍🏻
First!!!
