Earlier I was looking at the Jefferson lines or Zay Flowers TD under. That or I have been looking at Rookie TD lines because they are notorious for throwing under 23 TDs in a rookie season

It feels like it should be an easy over but I think the Titans are one of the most unpredictable teams this year so I am personally staying away from them in general. If I had to choose I would say over because following the money Ridley should be their guy. AJ is a lot higher on the Titans than me so I would assume he would pick the over also.
