Thank you so much for this video! I am starting my teacher training program in a few days, and I am already so excited and nervous! I am so glad I found your videos, they are sooo helpful!!!
Could you also do a video on how to structure a group class?😊

Thanks so much for posting this! I'm teaching my first class tomorrow night and I'm excited but definitely nervous about being underprepared. Would love to see a video in the future on how you create playlists for group classes (feel like I spent way too much time finding songs that wouldn't overpower my voice but also weren't too soft sounding for a workout)

Ahh good luck!! You’re going to do great. Definitely noted on the playlist request 🫶🏼

This is late but how did your very first class go and how has teaching been going since??

    • @SimplyAvalon

@@roses0thorns It went pretty well! Had a lot of nerves but practicing the flow beforehand and visualizing what I wanted to say helped. Plus you always get better with practice, so I feel a lot more confident now then I did when I first began and wasn't sure if I'd forget something / would run out of times.

I just finished a Pilates teacher training and have been so overwhelmed and nervous about all the information and expectations moving forward! I came straight to RUclips to try and find tips from other instructors and even that was difficult to find until I watched this video!!! I am so so happy to have stumbled onto your account and am so grateful for all the content on Pilates you share! I would absolutely love and appreciate to see more tips for new instructors! 🫶🏽🤎🙏🏽

You have been so helpful. I am not new to doing mat pilates? However I just got certified last week and have some interviews this week! I'm super nervous. I know I can excel and be an amazing instructor. However, I hope the instructors hiring can see it too!
