Hey Kirsten, you are truly the chocolate queen. If I can replicate a recipe which Is 1/4th as good as yours I will be on top of the world. I have been wanting to replicate this recipe for my husband’s birthday. It would be great if there was a shop/place along with the recipe where we could shop for molds/speciality chocolate/cutters etc. I have tried looking up at amazon and the savour website too, sometimes I can find the exact products and sometimes it’s hard :( please advice.

Yes, scrape it up and store it in the freezer till next time. When you re-heat it you may need to add a little bit of water if it becomes thick.

Beautiful cake as usual. . But I dont know why, I can't find the recipe and instructions.. 1 more doubt I have... can I make that 3d chocolate decorations by piping it on to just cold water by avoiding vodka or any sort of alcohol...

Check in 15 minutes and there will be a link to the recipe or it will be under the video. The decorations will work in water but may go white. If the do, just brush on a bit of cocoa powder 😊
