Wow! I love the way you cut your sukuma wiki 👌 you have really prepared it so well, looks delicious. Mmmmmm ugali is my favorite anytime anywhere😋 Thanks for sharing this recipe with us, i love your style 👍👏
Yea I like how you cut the vegetables without the stem. I like tomatoes in everything, nicely sauteed. Adding the diced beef is awesome delicious. Ugali looks like tuwo in northen Nigerian. Thanks for sharing I fully enjoy WATCHING sis. Thanks for sharing
This looks so good, I always wanted to know how to cook kale. I’ve only did kale chips in the air fryer but now I have something to go with dinner on weeknights !
@@LizzieLiz Collard is available, but they cut the greens for the rabbits 🙈😥 and sell only the stem, cabbage/spinach is available. Some Kenyans grow it and sells at a fortune. I eat daily when am in (Kenya)
I always boil my kale.🤔 Thanks for sharing this RECIPE i will definitely try it today😝😝.What else is on the side on your served dish other than kale and ugali. 🍲 🤔 I will use normal onion kwetu the purple onion is sold like ivory🤔
Hey Hellen: If you boil your kale first you kill a lot of nutrients/Vitamins. Best thing is properly clean the whole leaves before chopping. Then once you cut it you cook for a few minutes to retain the green color. Yes you can use the regular green kitunguu and it will just be fine. On the side I made salsa which is similar to Kenyan Kachumbari. I made it with onions, Dhanias, Bell Peppers, tomatoes and a little of lemon juice. You can add hot peppers if you like your kachumbari spicy hot. Try it this way and let me know how you like it. Thanks so much for watching.😋😋
@@LizzieLiz Thank you so much my sister. I went to the supermarket nikakuta hawana kale only spinach😒🤨Am a bit disappointed, i will try this week. God Bless you i hv even subscribed, next ni chapo as i buy from an Indian shop and it is like Kes.500 for 6🤔🥺
Wait where are you where they don't have kale? You can try collard greens too. They taste just like kale if you ask me. I can never tell the difference once they are cooked. Thanks for subscribing and welcome to the family. I have a recipe for chapos too. When you make them at home yourself you will never buy from those stores again. 😋😂
Thanks for watching. What other vegetables? On video I had mentioned collard greens, spinach and cabbage but not sure if that is what you are asking. I have a video on how to cook cabbage here on my channel. Thanks.
I am so glad to connect with you dada Liz, Niko na channel yangu ya chakula inaitwa WonderFOOD iko kwenye profile ya hii channel karibu sana Speaking of kale, i eat it a lot, so delicious recipie with ugali-
Ugali is a corn meal. Probably the closes thing to ugali is West African Fufu. Kale can lose nutrients if you overcook it. Thanks Tiffany for watching!😋😋

Wow! they look yummy. Kales is one of the Home things I miss in Germany. I usually use spinach which is available.
No way! I had no idea they don't have kale in German.
How about collard greens and cabbage? At least you have spinach. Thanks Kui for watching.😊😊
They don't grow Kale in Germany?
Sounds like it. I can't imagine not having Kale. I will figure out a way to sneak in seeds and literally grow it in the house 😁😁

you can find some at the Edeka store. it is fresh or frozen. it's called Grünkohl. I bought some today, in the fresh vegetable section.
