The loans has been in economy since the inception of the accounting year and interest would be paid for the entire year, the investment income from temporary reinvestment will be used to reduce the interest. We don't used to apply time apportionment on investment income. I don't want to make reference to the popular author who choose to apply time apportionment. Go into ICAN study text, pathfinder and ACCA study text either by BPP or Kaplan for more questions to verify your claims.
