I used OneNote but there are several flaws. The biggest flaw is the inability to print properly. This is probably my number 1 wish for MS to fix. The other issues are that the different versions (Mac/PC/iOS) don't have the same options. I use all these different versions and it does cause some issues.
Printing works just fine if you stick to A4 format. But why print anyway?
Its not for printing. If you want to print documents, use Word lol. There's a reason there are two different programs.

Are they going to get rid of one note now that loop came out? I am starting a new note collection and I love onenote, but dont want to start using it if they are going to get rid of it.

How do you adjust the image containers size without messing with the image. The containers always come in to big around images and when I try to move the extra space out, it shinks the image?

Question why is there no save button. I know it has an automatic backup, but a save button would be good.
Also if you want to send the whole note to someone, it seems difficult. It separates the pages in a separate folder. I want to send the whole note with pages to someone by email, and I can't figure thst out. Can't you save your whole project and send the whole thing in one shot to someone?
I am confused. I installed the app for windows. I have 2 options that it installed for One Note. One Note and One Note for Windows 10 and neither looks like the app you are using. I am just assuming there has been an update to the app since the video was done?
OneNote for windows 10 is eventually going away. The other OneNote may be set to the simplified ribbon. If you turn on the classic ribbon, it should match what you see in this video. Let me know if that helps!
Hi, great video - is it possible for several people, eg 3, to edit different pages at the same time in the same notebook?
is there a way to create each page the size of a printed page. Whenever I try to print my pages, nothing lines up.

If only OneNote supported an optional Link Preview like MS' Loop app or Notion or Google Keep it would have been very helpful. Finding links within a long note can be really easy

I am confused, I see a sticker option in the video but it's not in my onenote?
OneNote and other MS Office products can't copy-paste text+images+links selection from most web sites. So it nearly impossible to make for example even a dumb shopping wish list with links + prices + product images. I tried many combinations of OSes, browsers and office apps and the only working pattern is Mac OS 10.13 + old outdated Safari with shop page + old Chrome with web Onenote page. Shameful.
Win 11 + Edge + WPS office can paste text and images but drops links. All other Win/Mac/MS Office can only paste text+links but drops pictures.

Just like 90% of any kind of tutorials, my screen doesn't look like the instructional video. I do not have a Notebooks tab underneath the ribbon, lol. And of course in the next step having this tab below the ribbon is necessary, lol. Now I have to search for a tutorial for One Note so I can configure this and then return to this video, lol jfc
What type of device are you using? Are you on windows? Windows has two apps… the one titled OneNote for windows 10 is going away. You can download the most current version for free at OneNote.com/download

It would help to show how to take notes. I don't know/understand how to organize my info and any notes I've taken throughout the years were in notebooks that get forgotten about and post-its that get lost. Is there something online that teaches organizational note taking? I feel once you have the right info and know how to structure it, this program would be useful but I'm far from being able to use this program for what I need.

Don't go for it. No "trash bin" feature on Andriod for your mistakenly deleted files. It is really disaster!
