After some time, other guy, I think that was the writer or something, asked to the artist something like "wait, her chest is bigger?", at the start he just wanted to make a joke, at the end she kept her new "equipment" just because... Well... Why not?
I heard that the artist kept drawing them bigger to (1) see if the editors were paying attention and doing their jobs, and (2) see how long it would take before the editors noticed what was going on.

Way back in Season 1 of the anime, there was an episode where a Ponyta evolves into Rapidash while Ash is riding on its back, and the glow of evolution can be clearly seen to surround Ash along with the Ponyta.
The very first time I saw that scene back in the late 90s I immediately suspected Ash had gained some small measure of pokémon power in that event, and I don't mind headcanoning that as an explanation for any improbable thing he's done since.

The acid here is probably carbonic acid, a compound which has the formula H2CO3. It's slightly reactive, but it poses no health or injury hazard, heck, it's not even corrosive! But this is still a terrible idea for obvious reasons.
