  • I understand the quality is not the best and the shifting was poor. It was difficult holding the phone while shifting using the phone since I couldn't see the gauges. I noticed there are not many videos on a 6 speed manual Ford Fusion, thought I'd show what it can do. It is a 2010 Ford Fusion SE with a 2.5L I4 Duratec motor and a 6 speed manual transmission. It is stock except a cold air intake and coil overs. I am planning on making a redo video with an actual camera suction cupped to the windows or sunroof. I happened to find the car in November 2019 with 78,000 original miles for around 6k, couldn't pass the opportunity. YES, the car does get 32 actual mpg with 40% city, 60% highway. With full tank I can get almost 600 miles at 70mph using cruise control. Note: I don't drive this car hard, shift at 2k rpms, and live in fairly flat land with 25ft of elevation.

    Generic 17x9 aluminum wheels.
All of the parts are working great and with no issues at all. The car is lowered in the front roughly 1 inch. The rear is lowered roughly 1.5 inches. The springs are noticeably rougher than stock over larger bumps, but rides almost like stock on smaller bumps. For "Comfort", I have the front shocks set to the third click and the rear at 4 clicks. For "Sport", the ride is noticeably rougher than stock. For "Sport", I have the front shocks at 12 clicks, the rear at 10 clicks.

I don't know if the response got deleted from the v6 transit burnout or youtube is hiding comments. But there's the proof 😂 I'm surprised I found it, I wasn't even looking for it either.

I notice slight mpg and performance upgrades, worth the purchase in my opinion.

I don't drive that hard. I watch my mpg meter and drive accordingly. I usually shift at 2k rpm and try not to let the mpg meter fall below the forth bar. Its hard to tell, but I believe every mpg bar is 6 mpg. I usually stay between 5 and 6.

@@PhilmeisterWRX Interesting, thank you for the input. I usually achieve 6 bars at 70 mph on flat roads, but was never able to determine the true mpg calculation. I bought a Forscan tool and I'm going to see if I can flash a newer model firmware to my Fusion. The 11 and 12 fusions had numerical instant mpg meters.
