  • A thought is a real physical thing that occupies the brain and mind. As you use your mind, a thought is built into your brain, which starts producing chemicals that bring manifestations in the physical body. An average person has over 60,000 thoughts a day (as per Dr. Fred Luskin at Stanford University). According to the National Science Foundation, 80% Of our thoughts are negative and 95% are repetitive.
    Let us meditate to clear those unnecessary thoughts and reclaim the tremendous energy that we can use for positive results.
