Great video! I love bean sprouts and since i live in a small town in Alaska, it's hard to get them. I just bought a seed sprouting kit and am going to grow them myself
make sure you completely change the water every single single day or you could kill yourself. rinse under clean running water . if you miss a day.chuck them .its easier to grow some more than it is to come back to life after your dead
i don't know if i'm stupid or what but the water comes from the top all the way to the bottom multiple times a day so the water will be changed whatever ? right i'm new to that so i was wondering @@brendachew3769
deally the water should be at room temperature - not too cold and not too hot. Then drain the water out of the holes in the lid, leaving the seeds damp but not swimming in water. Rinse the sprouts in water and drain. Try to avoid rinsing them in very cold water as this can slow the sprouting process.
growing in water or hydroponics is quite easy once set up, but quite complicated to set up. you have to test the water constantly and add various nutrients. the danger is that some people think they can just grow in water.the water has to be constantly running in and out. when things like beansprouts are left in water too long or anything else for that matter, they grow bacteria and can get salmonella and other water born diseases and illnesses can occur from the food.
@3:00, video shows soaked beans being spread on woven bean trays directly, but @7:00 harvesting shows each bean tray lined with a material (cheesecloth?). Is this video from two different harvests or did the video skip a step transferring from open trays to lined ones?
A lot of work preparing the drums. Bean sprouts are not cheap anymore if you have to prepare new drums for every batch because you need to cut them open for harvest. A lot of plastic waste, too.
❤❤❤Dear friends, I want to tell you something important. In a restaurant in America, I saw that the mung bean root was more expensive than the mung bean sprout. Be sure to use the roots.
I mean that's cool and ingenious and all but who really needs that many bean sprouts? A couple mason jars give me more than I need. Also what type of green been?
Well I grew Mung beans for many years commercially and they grew much better without any base, just in a closed box so they dont get any sunlight. ( you even can put the boxes on each other. The sprouts like to have to push and they get stronger and fater ) or clay pots .with small holes at the bottom. So the water can drain easily. Talking about the water. Its best to soak them always at the same temperature which can be quiet warm, even hot.----- I can tell you its almost the biggest secret for sprouting-----.... Once they started sprouting it can be just tibia water. If you want to know more about sprouting let me know....

Amazing beans
1:38 They are not "green beans". They are mung beans. You can find videos of many factories in Japan and China that make tons of bean sprouts a year.
Micro plastic for flavour
Have you heard of water. he uses it to wash the sprouts😵💫😵💫🤣
So that's why most bean sprouts I buy on the market taste like plastic. Most method are similar to these now.
Toge kalau orang Indonesia bilang..👍
👏👏👏👏👏
CUT THE SIDE BEFORE GROWING!
The angle grinder will contaminate the crop with plastic particles and toxic fumes.
¿Cuántas micro partículas de plástico les habrán caído al cortar el tambo?
HEY BRO NO NEED TO DISPOSE OFF AND EVERYTIME USE A NEW DRUM.
JUST NEED TO CUT A WINDOW AND FIX IT WITH HINGES👍

Oh. Wonder
A lot of work preparing the drums.

Yes you are right, and what's a waste. I would not cut the barrel but still can harvesting from the top to the bottom and reuse the barrel

How much plastic goes into the sprouts when you cut the drums. What do you do with the drums once you’ve cut them open ?
Демонстрируемый продукт из семейства бобовых, но это не фасоль. В Центральной Азии он известен как МАШ !
Только это не фасоль, скорее маш!😊
So one barel get wasted after harvest?
Wow the commenters on this video are about 10 years old. They either do not know how to spell or come out with some very naive childish comments.
bagaimana mksud dari narasi bisa panen sepanjang tahun itu, metodenya sangat bagus tp belum paham dengan narasi tersebut
does soaking in ice water really works? can anyone verify it plz????
Usually soak in a warm water to make seeds grow faster. I never see soaking seeds in ice water before 😂
❤❤❤Dear friends, I want to tell you something important. In a restaurant in America, I saw that the mung bean root was more expensive than the mung bean sprout. Be sure to use the roots.
You were able to access the trays to remove the cloth but have to cut the barrell to harvest?
very good point
I mean that's cool and ingenious and all but who really needs that many bean sprouts? A couple mason jars give me more than I need. Also what type of green been?
Well obviously far eastern countries eat far more than western countries do.
Well its an excellent animal fodder too. Used to feed cows goats pigs.
Koreans, Japanese, and Chinese people eat a lot of it. And their bean sprouts recipes are absolutely delicious
That bean is called Mung bean
Pemberian air atur waktunya bagaimana, berapa lama panen?

For two kg sprouts how many kg beans should I use ?
🌱
e-coli says thanks
How do you get the seeds to grow more without having to buy more seeds?
Is it possible to rinse off the skins, then cut the roots instead of cutting the roots then rinse off ?
Try not to get plastic in the sprouts by cutting with the like that. Try a blade instead of a mechanical saw?
