Hey Brian, I am planning to buy such a boat for my family and me (total 4 persons). Do you think the 270 version would be sufficient or do I need a bigger one?
How big are the kids? If two adults and two younger children, it would be fine for most uses. If the kids are older then it would probably turn grocery runs from the dinghy dock to the anchorage into two trips. The boat says it’s rated for 3+1 (3 adults, one child) or 993 pounds so weight wise you shouldn’t have any problems.
