Thanks for continuing to upload these Tom Snyder episodes!
The guitar strap breaking on Clapton's guitar and Robbie taking over is one of my favorites from The Last Waltz, although it is hard to pick a favorite the whole move The Last Waltz is tremendous. So much talent.
Robbie's smile lights up the room even as he got older. Love Robbie, love The Band.
Thanks for sharing these great moments from TV.
Thanks for caring and watching
Thank you my friend!
Time flies...
Leonard Peltier is still in prison. He is now 79 years old. I believe his conviction is unsafe. I hope he is allowed to spend the remainder of his life as a free man.
I think that Tom knew in April of 1998 that he was done. Remember when he came back from New York and told the story? LOL. I love your commentary.

Great lost Robbie!
Before I digitize tapes I see if the material is already on RUclips. Shocked by what is not.
And they died two months apart
(1) That sweet story ends with the sweet animal being sold to a circus?! (2) She calls the Vegas show cast the same derogatory word the three’s company cast for called!? (3) She stayed married to a man who wrecked her career and treated her son like he was invisible!?
From what I read Susan and Alan was deeply in love. They worked things out, all relationships are complicated. I don't think her career was ruined, she wrote a book, and was still active in many ways.
