I love when simmers redecorate Johnny's trailer because it's like in real life when a dude gets a live-in girlfriend for the first time and she completely upgrades his whole life. Bed? off the floor! Rugs? everywhere! Cleaning supplies? stocked!

Like Geoffrey let him take his college fund when disowning him, so Johnny bought this extravagant trailer; like he knows other folks have small houses but he doesn’t know how to not have higher-end surroundings. Love it!
The sofa and armchair of the industrial loft kit are supposed to be made by Johnny Zest in an attempt of getting revenge from his family. They would be perfect in this re-renovation!
I like what you did with his place! It’s definitely a bit peculiar, but it kind of fits with the whole oasis Springs style, which is a little offbeat anyway and Johnny is young so he’s not gonna necessarily make the most sophisticated design choices! I love that rust colored metallic wall covering, and I forget to use that more! I know you’re looking for a suggestions to renovate the renovations, but I agree with the comment that someone posted saying that I would also love to see you renovate the park in Oasis Springs. It’s very boring and has been the same way for 10 years. So there’s my feedback… Hope you, James and the pups are having a great evening!
The small roof turbines and the flat roof solar panels do not break, that is why I tend to use those. The tall turbine is handy as it attracts lightning but it needs upgrading not to break.
This was so good! I think some changes I might have done would be to adjust the kitchen platform to be level and added some tile for the built in shower
Johnny Zest is my fav townie, except for the constant mischief (I use MCCC to quell that lol). His house, prior to the reno as well as the reno, always had the most personality imo with the gnomes, flamingos, etc. One thing that kind of made me sad was in the new Landgraab reno there isn't really an extra room that could be Johnny's old room (with the lore that he's the disowned child lol).
Deli is probably my favorite builder because imo she has excellent taste - I can always just relax and trust process because I know the build will end up looking awesome. 😊❤

With the update to the townie homes, it makes me want to start playing as a townie. Which I have never done. I wish there was a way we can start a new game with the existing townie. Hopefully they create scenarios for the existing townies.
I went to put down the refreshed lot for Johnny Zest, and he has a KID in my save! I put in a quick toddler room for the kid but not sure if I can do the same for your version, I'll have to give it a shot LOL. I should probably check out the settings because I think the Caliente's randomly have a horse now too, whoopsy😂😂😂
I feel the original intent of Johnny's non-renovated trailer was to show the success of his career. The trailer is on the front side of the lot, leaving plenty of room to begin building a mansion for level 10 Comedian Johnny.
I'm so glad you pivoted on using so much black! It always makes me kind of sad when channels I love settle for mostly black or white color schemes. It's so much more fun to see people really challenge their creativity by trying things outside the box of what they're comfortable with. Plus it's kind of a peeve when people ignore the environment, lol, like using a ton of black in hot areas or white in cold areas. Obviously it doesn't actually matter in the game but it affects immersion for me, for some reason. Anyway, love what you did! Yes, it was quirky, but that's what made it great. :)
Yday I checked through clutter items about 7 times for the pencil holder until I finally searched for it and they’ve changed it into the kids decorations category.
When you select the object, don’t place it yet (because if you place it and then hold it back, it doesn’t work) and then press + or - buttons on your keyboard. The part with the numbers, the numberpad is the name? Hope that helps!
It made me so sad to hear that Johnny wants to make people laugh and likes sims who make him laugh. I just imagine in that cold large Landgrab house that there wasn’t a whole lot of life and warmth around him.

I love the bathroom, the bedroom isn't bad, I see where you were heading with the living area/stage, however...the outside??? I'm sorry...this is one of the few times I am in total disagreement on how you made it look. I prefer how EA made it look. I get your AU influence, but I don't like how it looks. And I've not ever said anything negative about 1 of your builds or re-designes before.

It always kills me when she says it's eco and then she places plants in the desert. I get that some plants grow in the desert but the water you'd need to keep that lawn green is not eco friendly at all
There are plenty of plants native to the desert that require little water. When I visited Arizona for the first time I was amazed how green some places were. I haven’t watched the video yet so idk what landscaping you’re referring to but yea.. it’s just a game 😂
