Exploring A Secret Hidden Underground Tunnel | Millport Scotland

I've been visiting the Isle of Cumbrae / Millport for over 45 years, and my parents for over 75 years. I thought I knew everything, but no. I found out on a current trip that the Island has lots more secrets to share including this awesome hidden tunnel that was built to allow fresh water to flow and feed the local lemondae factory that opened in 1908. Located near Fintry Bay, this is an awesome gem to find and explore with your children.

I've been visiting millport for 40 years and never knew it had a secret tunnel lol great stuff!! just another wee attraction to show the kids excellent!!

What a great wee video. Probably surprising how many of the locals don’t even know about this!
If you have never been to the Isle of Cumbrae go - it’s a great place to visit and explore AND it’s great for cycling around too so ideal for families with kids
