Yep, you said it right. And it’s so natural and spontaneous. She doesn’t seem to be making much efforts for it. She has definitely acquired mastery over it, by being a native of the English language and by being a constant practitioner of this language.
At the gym it's sometimes like 'Doing that you activate your... wait, how is this muscle called in Polish...'. I use mainly English online, so I often just don't know or don't remember the vocabulary in my native language.
I sporadically watch Lucy's videos, and I learn so much and have fun, but one thing for sure, her vibrant energy, full of enthusiasm in teaching, has never waivered even for one Hertz ever since. She's one hell of a great RUclipsr in teaching British English. 👍🏼🙏🏼🌼
I remembered back in 2017 when I studied biology of the human body, I was shockingly mesmerised and surprised by how our body and all other creatures perfectly function !!! My faith to God strongly increased and anchored ❤
Well done! My native language is Polish, but even in Polish, I can't remember these words! I know some basic words, but I haven't known all the others before. So this is my chance to learn something new. I'm very grateful for recording this video 😀❤️ Greetings from Poland! 🇵🇱
My British English teacher suddenly became My Biology teacher, it's really a proud moment for me as your life long sincere student . 📚 📖 Thank you for sharing such a great body organ vocabulary video and making it even more cool And yeah I got 8 out of 10 marks. Thank you Lucy! ❤ Thank you Teacher! ❤
I'm a beginner and your videos help me a lot with my vocabulary, I'm going to write them all down! Could you bring cooking vocabulary? things in the kitchen? 😊
This video is so valuable for all English learners and you're always my favourite English teacher and I got 8marks out of 10 and it was incredibly amazing....thanks a lot my dear teacher English native speaker Lucy ....
I'm Brazilian and we do have our "head, shoulders, knees and toes" version and it is the same :D "cabeça, ombro, joelho e pé". "Toes" is translated differently, "pé" is actually our word for "foot".
My daughter had in her nursery rhyme book : tête, épaules, genoux, orteils (genoux orteils), that is the same in French. But this song isn't well known, maybe because it is very difficult for little children to sing quickly "genoux orteils" 😳
Thank you so much Lucy for this amazing lesson! I love all your videos! I find them very interesting and useful! Your precious lessons allow me to learn a lot of new words, expressions and also to practise grammar. I love your British pronounciation❤
Hello Lucy! This has been another good video. I got the ten of them, just struggled a bit with sole, but afterall it was kinda easy. Love your personality and way of explaining idioms and more. Have a good evening and take care! 😊
Really nice video! I like to consider myself fluent or pretty close to it, but I've always missed some vocabulary (cause it's not used on a daily basis by native speakers). This video gave me alot of what I was missing since body parts isn't the most talked about topic. Direcly into my watch later list to study further. My request is a similar video but about internal body parts (internal organs). I'm defenetely missing some of those as well.
Lucy is so polite, ethical and she's such a princess that she tells the Adam's apple is more prominent in "some bodies", instead of saying it's more prominent in men which would sound more sexist and gender normative. She's such a lady!!! She's such a gentlewoman!
Very useful topic and well explained as well. I wonder if you you have shared material for B2 learners, currently I am preparing to sit for the FCE and I would be delighted to revise it. Cheerio!
Thank you Lucy 🙏This viedo was so helpful! I'm Japanese and as a dance theacher I've been struggeling to learn all body parts in English.... and pronouciation 💦
Hello Lucy! I have to tell you enjoyed your video so much, it is pretty interesting how much you can learn with all the information that you gave us. Regarding the quiz, I got 7/10 . Thank you so much for today's lesson ,greetings.
7:46 I’m Russian. I think, we don’t have an analogue, but we have translated version of it: «Голова, плечи, коленки и носочки» - [ɡəɫɐˈva, ˈplʲet͡ɕɪ, kɐˈlʲenkɪ ɪ nɐˈsot͡ɕkʲɪ] I think it’s a pretty funny song ☺️

Thank you very much for the lesson. I would very much appreciate some vocabulary we can use when speaking with the doctors, when we need to explain the sort and the position of pain. Thank you
I was switching off my hairdryer when I suddenly heard "TESTICLES... WHICH PRODUCE SPERM" I almost died!! I was like, "Welp, that escalated quickly!" 🤣🤣
Here in Brazil we use almost the same words for "head, shoulders, knees and toes... knees and toes.." "cabeça, ombros, joelho e pé" . We just put knees (joelhos) in the singular to sound better and toes (dedões), we substitute by foot (pé).
In Germany people can say "Kopf, Schulter, Knie und Fuß" which means "Head, shoulder knee and foot", which is quite the same as the original english version.
Her accent is pretty amazing... like it has some pristine quality with her way of talking... raise if you agree❤
Aim to equalize and appreciate everyone's accents that's the way forward.

This awkward moment, when you realise, that you learned a word in a foreign language, which you didn't even know in you own.
In some languages there's no particular name for some body parts so they usually use the Latin or English expression.
I learnt quite a few new words, and English is my native tongue.
