삼겹살은 전쟁 후 먹을게 없던 시절 서민들이 돼지고기 중에 가장 싼 부위인 돼지뱃살을 구워 먹으면서 시작된 겁니다.
여기에 우리나라에서 예전부터 존재하던 쌈문화(야채로 고기 또는 다른 식재료를 싸먹는 문화)가 결합하고 기존의 고추장과 된장을 섞어 만든 양념장이라는게 더해지면서 오늘날의 "삼겹살과 쌈"문화가 만들어 진 것이죠.
이렇게 삼겹살 문화는 한국전쟁 후 우리나라 서민의 식문화와 함께 생겨나 발전되어 온 것인데, 중국사극에서 삼겹살에 쌈싸먹는 장면이 나오는건 코메디라고 할 수 있습니다.
달리 말하면 심지어 자기나라 사극에서 조차 한국문화를 차용하지 않으면 스토리를 만들지 못할 정도로 중국 문화의 빈곤함을 드러냄과 동시에 중국의 한국문화에 대한 종속성 및 의존성이 강하다는 것을 방증하는 셈입니다.
그런데 남의 문화를 차용할 때엔 그 나라 문화에 대한 존중을 보여줌이 마땅함에도 저들은 되려 한국이 자기들 문화를 훔쳐갔다고 우겨대니까 욕을 먹는 겁니다.
박정희정권시절 수출만이 살길이다 시절, 일본으로 돼지고기 수출이 활발했는데 요 일본종족은 순수 고기만 가져가고 기름 많은 뱃받이, 족발. 내장류는 거부해서
대량 시중에 풀리고 이때 부터 족발, 곱창, 구이용배밧이(당시는 정육점에서 그렀게 불렀음) 가 활성화 되면서 지금의 음식문화가 되었죠.
제가 알기론 삼겹살 구이 등장은 일제 시대로 알고 있습니다. 일제의 쌀과 갖은 농작물 수탈로 소 돼지 닭고기도 안전하지 못했고 그나마 숨통 (?) 이 트인 부위가 삼겹살 부위로 일본인들이 먹지 않았다고 합니다. 기름 많다고....

대장금이란 장금이란 이름을 가진 사람이 둘이었는데 구분하기 위해 큰장금이라고 대장금이라 했다더만.
당시 여성이 임금을 치료하는 어의가 될수 없었던 상황인데 장금이가 임금을 치료하는 어의녀로 등극하면서 임금이 장금이에게 감동해 임금이 장금이에게 줄수 있는 최고의 벼슬로 大자를 하사 한것임 그래서 大長今이 된것임...
우리나라 통수권자인 大統領이라는 칭호 앞에 大자가 붙은게 국민들이 올려서 붙여놓은 칭호임
중국에서는 우리나라 대통령을 그냥 통령이라고 부름...
그런데 우리는 앞에 大자를 붙여서 대통령이라 칭함 앞에 大자가 주는 기운이 엄청난것임...

진수기를 중국처럼 저도 불법으로 2편까지 보았는데요! 대충 어떤 드라마인지 확인 해본 걸 말씀드리겠습니다! 일단 드라마가 퓨전도 아니고 정통 사극도 아니고~ 무슨 시트콤도 아닌것이 무슨 만화 보는 느낌이 들었고 코믹적인 부분을 많이 가미 할려고 노력 한것 같았습니다! 진수기가 궁중에 들어가는 것도 별 어려움 없이 들으가며~ 쌈에 밥 싸먹는 다는 장면은 머랄까..그냥 볶음밥에 양배추를 싸놓은 음식을 젓가락으로 먹는 연출이었으며~스토리도 대장금과는 완전히 달랐습니다!! 한푸도 머 왠지 급조해서 만든 느낌이었는데 청나라 시대 옷 같은 것도 눈에 보이고 머 여튼 이것저것 짬뽕으로 마구마구 섞어 놓은 느낌이었습니다! 문제는 2편까지 보는데 재미가 없어서 그냥 다시 보기 시작한 대장금을 다시 틀었으며~~ 재미가 없기 때문에 신경 안써도 될것 같습니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

I don’t understand why you guys said that ‘’Royal Feast’’ is a copy of Dae Jang Geum. Royal feast is a drama about food and the royal family of the Ming dynasty , it has nothing to do with the Korean one . As for the clothes and hairstyles they of course will be similar since the Korean clothes were highly inspired by the Ming dynasty clothes at that time . Stop creating drama between the countries . Cultures from all over the world influence each other ! There is nothing wrong with it . There was nothing copied between these two
That drama is not just a drama depicting the Ming Dynasty. It's a drama to say that the clothes and food that appear over there have "origin" in the Ming Dynasty. The problem is that the clothes in that drama are influenced by Goryeo Dynasty(One of the korean dynasty). The costume culture of the Goryeo dynasty influenced that of the Yuan dynasty, and the culture continued into the Ming dynasty.
Even the food like the "Ssam" that comes out there is a food that Chinese didn't eat in Ming dynasty. Chinese did not eat raw vegetables. Even a few years ago, Chinese hated raw vegetables.

문화, 복식은 서로 영향을 주고 받는다. 중국은 자기네가 문화를 전하기만 하고 받지는 않았을 거란 착각.. 호복은 동아시아 전반에 영향을 끼쳤고 고려양이 원나라 때 유행했는가 하면, 수당시대의 관복이 한반도에 전해져 통일신라 이후 계속 사용되었다. 문화는 주고 받는다는걸 모르고 "한복은 한국 고유의 것"이라며 사극에 나온 임금의 옷을 sns에 올린 어느 배우가 생각난다.

관복, 임금의 옷은 수당시대의 것이 전해져 조선까지 이어졌습니다. 우리가 발음하는 한자의 훈독도 수당시대의 발음이고요. 근데 한복이 고유의 것이라며 sns에 임금의 옷을 태그한 배우는 하필 중국에서 들여온 복식을 올려 놓았기에 하는 말입니다.
