When you know what power consumption of your pc is you can smartly make a choice then in paying extra for let's say a 1200watt, personally I would go for a 1000watt just on case you want to over clock ect .

7800X3D is faster for Gaming. 7950X3D will do other cpu multi thread apps faster. but will lose in gaming dude to the split die and parking cores effects latency. thee 7800x3d is a single die with v-cache stacked so its just raw performance from the 8 cores. games only use 8 cores. you could have a 200 core pc and it would still only use 8.

Dude this could be literally everything. Wrong PCI slots used, Ram in the wrong slots, HDD instead of M.2. Heating problem. Fans in the wrong direction, drivers not updated, so on and so on.
@@dox1048RAM is in A2 and B2 as per MSI instruction running 1tb nvme and 2TB nvme 4090 is on top slot for the 16pcie lanes. Let’s assume I built it right as I did my research on that part.
@@dox1048fans are blowing in correct direction temps for CPU don’t go above 51 at idle and under 65 when gaming only time it’s been hotter is stress test hit 80 and soon as test stopped it shot back down to 48 GPU never reall gets hot at all
@@dox1048 i had a ton of packet burst, latency, buffering, extrapolation, and lagg. i found a few issues one being i guess the anti virus that came with windows was causing issues. its now playable finally as before i couldnt make it through an entire match without freezing multiple times. however still only getting 120-130 fps on 1440 somewhat stable.... it does jump around a bit. so dont know where to go from here

My first PC build has been going poorly, with me possibly having shorted the motherboard and the GPU not even working in general. It's an awful start, but I was already looking into what I might be able to upgrade to in a bunch of years. Luckily I'm going to be using a Ryzen 7 7800X3D with the new build, together with a Radeon RX 7800XT as GPU. If I want to upgrade to the absolute top I have a feeling I only need to upgrade my PSU and GPU, right? Perhaps a new CPU cooler as well. The Hyper 212 black with Silencio fan does its job, but the fan can easily clip off at the slighest of movements, so that has also been a bit of a headache

7700 has more cpu cores and is better for gaming and multitasking than a 7600. Ryzen 9 7900x is great for multitasking but if you mostly game go for the 7700.

The FPS on Apex Legends is low because you need to update the Bios. It happened to me and once i updated i was getting 240 FPS

As long as you have an atx 3.0 and pick gen5 psu, 850 is good enough
