I highly recommend candian government to use thorough background check , police clearance using third parties in india, the number of scams in India is alarming for Canadian visa.
Spousal Work Permits is just stupid. H4 visas like the USA for H1B holders is better suited. But even that is problematic because Canada has universal health care.

Every day, thousands of individuals from countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal enter Canada on tourist visas, often by presenting fraudulent financial documents, such as fake bank balances and business accounts. Canadian immigration authorities seem unable to detect these cases effectively.
Just yesterday, five people from my local area in Bangladesh arrived in Canada, despite having little to no formal education. They paid around $10,000 to come here and are now seeking asylum, a process that costs them an additional $5,000. In Bangladesh, even in smaller rural areas, Canadian tourist visas are being openly sold, contributing to this growing issue. This situation reflects poorly on the current immigration system, and many of us, as international students, feel increasingly disillusioned. Canada no longer feels like the place we initially came to for higher education and personal growth.

@@ceterisparibus8966 I no longer want to stay here. I’ve already received my offer letter from an Australian university, and I’ll be moving there next month. I will continue to encourage more people to come to Canada.

I mean there must be some form of news in the counties you named, they must have an idea of the current status in the process. So why pay money to seek asylum when the understanding is in most cases they'll be denied?

Canadian citizens born in Canada are not getting jobs age 19 years or so. If they do then they are not getting full hours, international students have taken up the jobs. Grave Housing Shortage, rents have gone up exponentially. Inflation is out of the roof. Survival has become a big challenge.no spousal visas, it is back door entry. Apply through proper channels from the country of origin. only doctors, High tech professionals and specialists in most medical fields and Technical jobs be given work permits. THE CHANGES SHOULD BE RETROACTIVLEY EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST JANUARY 2023.

Canada made lots of mistakes in the past 2 decades, and one of mistakes was greed in the real estate market, there was no capital tax on investment properties, people took advantage of that, they created housing bubble by flipping and selling houses, immigration kept the demand on the real estate properties..
In India you can buy any thing fake but look 300% real such as doctor degree, International driver license, birth certificates, bank statement passport or any degree under $99 Canadians equal to Rs. 6000 Indian currency.
So many jobs have been taken by these spouses holding work permits..it is not fair as Canadians cannot get jobs
i sent my friend in south america a little money so she can enjoy spending it down there .

Canada has high unemployment, highest in the western world
Canada was heading for a massive housing bubble.
Yet Trudeau took more than a million migrants in a very short period of time.
WHY?
This created a massive demand for accommodation and prevented the housing crash.
But it also sent rents and house prices through the roof. Trudeau simply kicked the can down the road
