As someone that went through the process of learning HLP from purchasing Mr. Richard's course, watching his Live Streams and participating in the private group by posting videos for analysis, I can tell you that this video is absolutely GREAT! There is definitely a learning curve when immersing yourself in HLP; however, this video does an amazing job of explaining one of the core concepts extremely well. Mr. Richard has very specific terms that he uses that could potentially be overwhelming for new people; however, it all starts to make sense as you learn more about it and more importantly...FEEL IT for yourself (especially if you are a coach). This video will get you going in the right direction, quickly, for SURE.
Definitely note the part at the end about the "push snap." That is a very common mistake, so be aware of it now and it will make more sense as you progress through the learning process. The HLP wave is coming (arguably already upon us) and content like this will certainly ensure it. Good stuff!

    Awesome content…..
My only other comment and a small “critique” is when you were doing med ball throws and talking about what base you are throwing to if the dish was right in front of you….thats actually throwing it to first base. The angle on the back of the plate is the base lines. I 100% agree with this approach and enjoy your videos.

Having trouble feeling the coil in the hip. I can take the slack out of it but can't coil so my body will turn from the coil when I lift the front foot. (Stretch and Fire roughly 13:30) Made a lot of sense when you mentioned if you're in a squat position that you can't coil - but any suggestions or more detail on how to feel that coil in the hip? Are you standing straight up and down when you do the coil load? Great video - thanks.
