that's definitly one of the more difficult parts of "no fins" because in the 90s the tought us kicking a bit different when learning to swim and I myself are 39 now and I need to relearn it in order to get my no-fins technique much more efficient in the future. 75m was a big step for me last year but I don't progress further more because of bad technique. So this video was very helpful for me and I will try it in a few days at home...
and by the way... if you guys learned kicking also the wrong way: a rubber-band will help you in the pool to keep your knees together when working on your "muscle-memory" :D :D :D
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING The guy making the comment is an asshole. In English, we use different words to distinguish the "fingers" on our hands and feet. When we talk about our feet, we use the word "toes'. In the video you use the word fingers when referring to the feet.

Thank you for posting this. Time for me to improve my DNF kick.
DNF technique requires a lot of time to master. Good luck with it🤙
Thank you Sergey, this is the most helpful video about DNF, that I found on RUclips! Keep up the good work, I wish you much success. Spasibo (Hvala)
Thank you! The best part is you can do it even when pools are closed🤙
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING True, I was without pool for a few months and this was great training during that time! 👌🤙
Are pools back to normal in your area?
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING Yes they are, but soon I am going home to Caribbean (Turks and Caicos) so no need for pool anymore! 😀😊
Lucky you!
You did an excellent job.
Thank you!

Yep, like to use it as well!
75 is a good number!
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING I would prefer 75m as my new training-distance rather then my max! :) :) :) Maybe I should consider visiting you next year. :)
Thank you for this! Very helpful!
You are welcome :)
👍My DNF is realy horrible. I hope I will get beter after your DNF videos.
The more you practice, the better you become!
Why are you calling the toes the fingers? I am reporting you.
What do you mean?
