Congrats to my favorite goalie of all time who made me appreciate the importance of the goalie in the game of hockey. Congrats Tommy!

Great heartfelt speech. He’s the reason why I wore #35 when I was a young goalie. I only wish he would have been able to have a better relationship with the fans throughout his career.

Exactly, he made ZERO mention or thanks to the fans in his speech, I'm sad about that. I always liked Tommy B but he could stand some humility.

Watched most games Tom played as a Penguin. I’ve always loved him. One of the greats.

Barrasso looks like he's going to lead an orchestra after delivering his speech.

When I see Jarry out there as #35 I can't help but think of Barrasso every time. His induction seemed long overdue.

When I see Jarry out there, I can't but think of why he'll never be Barrasso. One is a loser. The other is a winner. #TwoCups

@@RayManzarekRocksI wasn't trying to make any other connection between the two besides the number 35. I am wishing he was that caliber.

I remember when he got drafted to Buffalo, the year after I was MVP of the Hockeytown senior no check league. We won in 82, over 32 teams. I stopped two breakaways, winning the final 6 / 5, in OT.

Loved Tom as a player, always disappointed though how his relationship with the Pens really went down hill. But time heals all wounds, Jagr is having his number retired later this season, lets do the same for Tom.

      Don't think Barrasso could play 25-plus games/season.
