My personal favorite detail is the cafeteria. If you go underneath the grated floor of the cafeteria via the chef's kitchen you can see hundreds of kitchen utensils that have clearly been dropped by enclave soldiers, that have fallen through the grated floor. It's a stupid little easter egg that just makes me chuckle each time.
reminds me of my high school tbh, the other students throw everything on the floor that just piles up both in the cafeteria and the gym, the bleachers here would have the health inspectors shut this place down lmao
I personally think the "They can't hold onto their forks too well" is a reference/play on how soldiers (especially in Bootcamp for some reason) seem to drop their rifles at random, which results in them being punished -like doing push ups and being yelled at.
I'm surprised this costs karma. I mean karma is a stupid stat but I figured the game wouldn't judge you for killing the person who almost got you killed by the enclave and betrayed you.
In war killing traitors shouldn't equal negative Karma. Plus she had no freaking integrity. Pretty much she liked that they had nicer toys and betrayed Dr. Li who she supposedly respected.

I really like watching these detail videos. And can we just appreciate how everything was put together at 3:23? Eden's declaration of war, the camera panning through different parts of the wasteland and the chillingly somber game music in the background. Beautiful!
I really like your top 5 videos! A lot of these types of videos tend to feel lazy to me and I rarely learn anything new, but yours always surprise me and I always learn something new. Proud subscriber for about a month now, this channel is so underrated and I know it's only gonna get bigger :)
Did they ever explain why they kidnapped Nathan Vargas? I mean... he's just some old guy from Megaton. What value could be possibly have to the Enclave?
@@justanotheranimeprofilepic I mean... maybe? Technically, The Institute does already exist at the time Fallout 3 takes place in and is already producing Synth's. So the idea there could be clones isn't entirely crazy.
@@justanotheranimeprofilepic Poor writing, primarily. I suppose the devs would probably have you think it wasn't colonel Autumn and just some other high-ranking Enclave officer that just happened to look and talk like him. It was very likely just a writing mishap.
Man, that silverware sure is hard to grip with power armor gauntlets on.. seems strange they'd always be in PA inside their base. Not very immersive imo
Yeah but he was old and didn't understand what the Enclave really was. If you ask me he was just eager to have some kind of hope for a better future in the wasteland. Plus I do find it weird that with a good karma character there isn't a way to save him. Seems like a weird slip.
Let me tell you a tale; a tale of an idiot, who did idiot things on his first playthrough. The first time this idiot got to Raven Rock, he ran out of the cell before grabbing his equipment. He then ran into what he thought was his original cell, only to find the locker empty. He figured the game had just bugged, and so decided to see how far he could get before reloading his old save. He then beat that officer in the hallway to death with his bear hands, took his weapon and uniform, went into the nearby mess hall, and over the course of about 2 or 3 minutes worked his way up to a decent set of Enclave Power Armor and a Laser Rifle thanks to all the points he put into Repair. As he started going through the cells, he finally found the right one with all his stuff in the locker. The idiot in question is still pretty proud of how quickly I managed to build up an arsenal from literally nothing, and now I kind of enjoy starting the DLCs off without any equipment because of it.
Honestly I don't have a problem with the enclave since mutants kill and torture people on a daily basis and the sentient ones are few I honestly hated the fact that I could never join the enclave.

Funny how they had repeat voices for lots of the characters but went all out when hiring voice actors for the Father and President Eden.
Did they ever explain why they kidnapped Nathan Vargas? I mean... he's just some old guy from Megaton. What value could be possibly have to the Enclave?
I always assumed, since you can kill colonel autumn twice, that Nathan was kidnapped and cloned, and that clone is the one you see in megaton
