My favorite kakariko village theme, no contest. This strikes just the right kind of somber yet serenely calming tone that's just not the same in later renditions.
I may not have grew up in the 80s so we didn't have a SNES growing up however, being a 90s baby and growing up in the 2000s, ond day my dad took us to the swap meet and there was a few used game spots throughout and i begged my dad to buy me a GameBoy Advance, and what game did I get with it? Zelda: A Link To the Past. The guy who sold it to us told me out of all the GBA games he was selling, this was the best one and let me tell you... BEST. DECISION. EVER. This game is my childhood and the Zelda culture has stuck with me ever since.
Bro too true. I miss my grandpa so much. I wish he would have been around for just alittle while longer. I was to younge to appreciate him to the fullest.
Takes me back to 1992, playing this game for the first time at 8 going on 9 years old. And to think, my niece and nephew got to experience this game for the first time around the same age on the SNES Classic a few years ago. Oh, how time flies…
I appreciate how Ocarina of time completely re-did this song with actual instruments. It must have been calming to hear this theme again after playing a Link to the Past
The memories. Would wake up early and play this a bit before school. And after I was done with homework and playing with friends. Finished quite a few playthroughs over the years. And now I'm using playing this song as I soothe my son back to sleep.
I randomly remembered that, when I was in high school, I would do all my homework while listening to some song from zelda. I'm pretty sure it was this, and to be honest, it makes a lot more sense to me after hearing this
*le me, feeling very satisfied with the cozy-and-slightly-sappy melody I've composed about my hometown* *this video starts* DAMN IT, I JUST WROTE THE KAKARIKO VILLAGE THEME.
Don't ask me why, but listening to that song and seeing the cover of a link to the past with the master sword staring at you, it makes me feel how dark the background of the game's story is.
The sound of home
It really is, isn't it.
The only other close one is Toriel's house theme.
It's always this, and the Fairy music for me.
I haven't heard this in almost 29 years. The nostalgia just hit me like a telephone pole. Damn..
"The nostalgia just hit me like a telephone pole." That has got to be one of the greatest things I've ever heard.
This makes me feel... younger. As I am only 29 years old myself.
This also plays inside Link's house for some reason
Safe haven.
a place where you can listen to the song and not "accidentally" hit a cucco
This is Game Theory potential
My favorite kakariko village theme, no contest. This strikes just the right kind of somber yet serenely calming tone that's just not the same in later renditions.
I agree 1000% OoT was great but this one is my favorite to!
Definitely, and now the nostalgia..
Not me spending most of my time picking up chickens and throwing them instead of actually playing the game 😭😭
🤣🤣🤣 I actually did the same!!🤣🤣🤣 ahhhh the nostalgia 🤩🤩🤩
Me too😂
It always made me sad when I heard kakariko village.
Me to 😮💨
I can play this on harmonica now !! 😊
Great! :)
oh god im crying again
Tea Cry again (?)
The best music 😥😞
I hear ya!
megaLUL
Mind if I bring you back to cry some more?
Sucks that we can never go back and relive those moments 🥲
Use a virtual machine
Just restart the game
wdym, just fire up your game boy advance
Lol what?
just found my original SNES Cartridge ;)

KFC: Kakariko Fried Cuccos.

I would pay a great sum of rupees for a taste of that delicacy.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAA THE NOSTALGIAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Man I miss my dad so much. Gotta cherish memories like these
Bro too true. I miss my grandpa so much. I wish he would have been around for just alittle while longer. I was to younge to appreciate him to the fullest.
@@ballthatbounces626 Good afternoon brother. I hope you cherish the few memories you do have with him forever.
@@KrishnaMusicc only if you promise to remember yours.
@@ballthatbounces626 of course!!!
@@KrishnaMusicc I also miss my grandma. At least we can keep all the memories of them. Hope you all are doing all right.
I played OoT first and my mind was blown when I learned that it was in ALttP before.
Same with Zelda's lullaby, people often credit OoT for it even though it appeared here first
@@Plexplay And Ganon's theme.
You mind probably got blown a lot, because many things from OoT started here XD
Koji reuses melodies constantly throughout the series
@@Plexplay So many things from Lttp are associated with Oot

Wow…
Wish I had a family
2024 I'm the guy. Whose here with me?!?

Wdym "with actual instruments".
@@tweer64 I meant not in an SNES sound font. Yes, I know that ocarina of time also used sound fonts, but it was trying to replicate actual instruments
OoT still used MIDI.
@@AstralXen Wasn't the SNES trying to emulate actual instruments too?
@@tweer64 Yes.
Dear God those chord progressions
Una hermosa melodia imposible de réplicar en otra consola :')
Super Nintendo para siempre
Kakariko Village, home. At least it was before I fucked everything up..
😂😂😂😂
I love S-SMP sound chip. Songs like this really make it strech its legs out.
If you play it at at 2x speed, it sounds like merry-go-round music.
It does😂
Random villager running from you
The song that will play at my funeral at least once
One word: nostalgia
Another word: Brando
:0

Do I hear Beethoven in there?
if i couuuld go back to last night at the dance, iii'd ask you to dance with me...
Today I remembered this nice song in a single second
Me hace soñar con un mundo sin injusticias
If friendship was a theme.
Home sweet home...😉
This song reminds me of the village I grew up in.
Yee
Lol wow this whole time I thought this theme originated in OoT, I gotta play this
Zelda's Lullaby, Ganon's message are also from this game.
Descanse em paz korvos
Is it just me, or is this pretty similar to the John Dunbar Theme from Dances with Wolves (John Barry)?
Lulusia 5 mins before the Mother Flame was tested
This also plays in Link's house, or whatever name you enter when you start.
When fly:

dancing with wolves sounds similar. zelda kakariko theme seems to be a copy? but both are nice sounds
Dec 25th 1992, best day of my life.

Nothing feels good like home 🥹🤧 🏠
Snowdin>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Me when I come home from Cardiff
i think i like this version just a little more than ocarina's
best tune from this game, total and absolute banger, slapper, and bop
Its the best song that is not louder.
Magic
wait i thought this song came from oot???
Nope
Its the same music as windfall Island on windwaker, except Its a lot faster on windwaker
Yeah but the song was created on this game .
@@raphaels33 it was indeed

Listen to kakariko village orchestra. It. Is. Beautiful. Please you'll thank me
Karen's of Nintendo: The ladies in purple and yellow. >:|
Why this one sounds the most melancholic?
Does anybody hear this when they enter their home or just me??
Your a boss
This and the versión of 64 are the best
