    Thank you very much guruji for these valuable information and tips. One information is missing in this. After kneading dough, how long should we rest the aata ? Some say 4-5 hours, some say we can make roti after kneading is done. Please explain.

    Guruji....Pranam....🙏 Apki batayi baate kafi sahi hai.... so Hume koi dikkat nahi hai apke lambe video se.....jab 2:00-2:30 ghante ki movies dekh skte hai hum log to sahi aur satik jankari janane me kya problem hogi Hume bhala....so keep continue....Hume sahi jankari ki jarurat hai na ki short and confusing information ki...!!

      @@nadeemahmed3334 bas aap itna dhyan rakhiye ki doodh ke sath kabhi bhi vaisi chiej mat khaiye jisme refined namak ya tel ka istemal hota hai. Best hoga ki aap doodh ke sath sendha namak ke sivay koi aur namak ka istemal naa hi kare, jab tk doodh pet me digest na ho jaye tb tk us namak nahi jana chahiye, sendha namak chalega. Ayurveda se related aur bhi doubts aate honge, isliye OJ Ayurveda ko follow kariye. Vo Maharshiyo ki baato ko apne videos me batate hain

    Yes apke videos lambe jarur rehte hai lekin usme a se z tak saare details hote hai...varna kuch videos RUclips me 20 cheeze 10 min me batate hai aur ek bhi cheez dhang se nahi batate...

    लेकिन निरंजन वर्मा जो पंचगव्य थेरेपी चलाते है,उनका बहुत सारा वीडियो youtube में है ,वो कहते हैं कि गेहुँ खाने से dibeties होती है।गेहुँ और घी मिलने से जहर के समान है।

    Muje thyroid or pcod hai😞..Ye confusion rehta hai ki thyroid or pcod valo ko khatta khana hta hai ya mana hta h.Jese ki weight loss ke liye subah garm pani nimbu le skte h ya pcod me nimbu nuksan krta hai..Pls ye doubt b clear kariyega yogi ji🙂
