That DeWalt kit is current $100 at Home Depot. Think sale ends Monday
Tony, yesterday in the mail I got two items from your last few videos. 1) Olsa tools 1/4 dr 15 piece deep socket set, way nice. 2) tsunda 3 position slip joint pliers, so nice but I find it funny that the forward pad in the jaws are flat with no teeth.
Ohh very nice. Ya it has a smooth tip on them for bending or grabbing without damage with teeth if necessary. That's something I noticed after I got them as well.
If it's from Japan, wouldn't you pronounce it "Robster"?? 😆🤣
Great stuff, Tony.
🤣👍🤣
I own 3 of the Lobsters made in Japan Adj Wrench's👍👍
Very nice. Glad to hear you enjoy them 👍
LET'S GO BIG T 🏁
3:16..I've got a hydraulic crimper (15k lbs/in) works well in close quarters where you may not have the ability to swing those big handles.. it works great
Very nice!!! Really appreciate the input
Hello again, Tony
Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I had no idea that crimper could be that large. Enjoy the Memorial Day weekend.
Thank you. You as well!! 👍
I had bought a crimper similar to that one at advance auto. It's pretty much the same exact thing. It did It's job to make my battery cables
Very nice. Thank you for sharing that.
so many great hand tools from Japan! And the prices are pretty reasonable for the quality.
Absolutely agreed
i'm setting up another Veto grab and go kit, and for an adjustable wrench I usually choose the channel lock made by Irega. Maybe I'll give that Lobster wrench a try.
Thanks
Ohh very nice. If you do. Let me know your thoughts
@@TonyTheTechnician OK I got this.
It's a well made wrench. Not a lot of slop; way less than typical, Stanley, Crescent craftsman etc.
On par with the Irega / Channel lock wrenches. as far as slop goes.
More a chrome finish than the Satin Iregas.
Quite a bit lighter in weight, which is nice. The grip is similar to Knipex textures ones, maybe a bit more dense / smother.
I think its main advantage is its weight over the Irega / Channel lock.
Gripping on three sides? IDK if in an adjustable if that is a game changer. Interestingly It has the cutouts at the corners like modern sockets for better contact on the flats not the corners.
Possible disadvantage - It does not fully close. The design for gripping on three sides lets you close it to about 5mm,.
I compared to the Fujiya, but that has teeth too, so I did not want that.
For the price, Its a good purchase. A Bahco or Snappy ay double the price Prolly will not be really much better, and this is on Par with the Irega / Channel Lock, but way better than the Crescent / stanley, Kobalt, Husky, Craftsman, which are only a few bucks less
@marko11kram very nice. I really appreciate you sharing that information. That is very help. And I appreciate the comparison between multiple brands Similarities and differences. That is interesting they don't close all the way. That is something I did not know. Thank you again, it's been very helpful.
I have a hydraulic crimper. Works well.
Very nice. Great to hear it. Thanks for sharing
good video, thank you Tony
Thank you!
