I sense that there could be trouble with you and I being in one place at the same time too often. Which makes me want to do that kind of thing even more LOL
Jeff just be glad your truck is a 72 and not a 67. Some of those one year only 67 parts are Really hard to come by. And yes we need/want more info on the ramp truck. It's just Bitchin.
What parts are hard to find? I just bought a 68 with a rusted roof and was thinking of swapping the cab with one i found from a 67. Would I be better off cutting and welding the roof
@@noah_loans Since you asked here goes. The door panels the door handles the radio the radio knobs the heater control knobs the rear view mirror the ash tray door the grille the headlight switch the window regulators and I'm sure that there are some that I've forgotten about. Good luck on your truck.
I had a 67 with the water cooled automatic. After buying over a hundred old cars I have realized an analogy of, " IF IT WAS ANY BETTER I COULDN'T AFFORD IT ". AND IF IT WAS ANY WORSE I WOULDN'T WANT IT.
Same here mate. I live in the rustbelt and drove over 500 miles for a 68 parts truck, mainly for the short bed. I've had my truck close to 20 years and gave more for the parts truck than the one I'm rebuilding. A lot of guys stop and want to buy the cab and chassis, which has a solid cab but, they only want to give 5 or 600 bucks. I'm not trying to gouge anyone but, you ain't gonna find one that solid and a short bed up here in yankee land.
Great video, but the last few minutes were awesome! I didn't think anyone could get away with good old fashioned humor in this disgusting PC commie world any longer! Good on you both of you. More please.
Had a absolute blast, your welcome back here anytime

@@AutoRestoMod 😂. I’m not saying we could get into trouble together. But if we did we would have fun doing it. 😂 😂

Run on we'll have to get with Frizzell racing and do a video on the ramp truck

Thoroughly enjoyed this episode!!!
With ac, power brakes, very nice buy. Hood are hard to find also.
Those door panels will look really nice on your truck Jeff
You can buy a complete bed floor from Evolutionary Rides in Brooksville Florida

The ST and RS Ford Focus cars are a blast to drive. I enjoyed this episode, and I am looking forward to seeing if you are going to do a cab swap.
Great buy
Should have given a tour of the cool car hauler too.
I like to see a video on the ramp truck. But I'm really interested in the cougar. I'm looking at the front of my 67 cougar as I type this.
Though I don't need another project, I wouldn't mind having a 68 Cougar XR7
@@AutoRestoMod personally I would like a 70 XR7 with a Cleveland. Never found one I could afford.
Let's see the Cougar!
Im in australia 12 years ago a 1970 f100 was 800$ now its 6k for just chassis and 4 wheels and diff random 1 from wreckers sijce they take 9inch off

As pickings have gotten Slimmer in the United States it isn't much better here
Already subbed, and some good parts. Ummmm..... is that question on the ramp truck even needed? Yes please on the ramp truck.
I’ll do a video on the ramp truck for
People to see. Happy
Everyone likes it so much
Diggin the factory wide rear wheels. Don't see many of them around anymore.
Yeah it kind of makes me want to keep those and get some cool Ford corporate center caps for the truck
@@AutoRestoMod seen that done and it looks good!
What kind of shape was the bed floor in? Great buy though. Thanks for another awesome video.
There seems to be enough good bed plate for me to do the repairs on my truck that are necessary
Cool 🏴☠️
Indeed

I'd like to have Bobby's wedge truck! Been looking for one for a while. Think he will deliver to NW Ohio? 🤣
That ramp truck has been to Ohio a couple times hauling a race car. 😂😂
If you won't let go of the cougar he has I'm pretty sure the ramp truck is sticking around as well LOL
