Five African native groups that were taken to America, primarily through the transatlantic slave trade, include:
      1. **Yoruba** - Originating from present-day Nigeria, the Yoruba people brought rich cultural traditions and religious practices.
      2. **Igbo** - Hailing from southeastern Nigeria, the Igbo people contributed significantly to the cultural and social fabric of enslaved communities in America.
      3. **Akan** - This group, primarily from Ghana and Ivory Coast, included various sub-groups like the Fante and Ashanti, known for their craftsmanship and agricultural skills.
      4. **Mandinka** - Originating from West Africa, particularly in countries like Mali and Senegal, the Mandinka were known for their warrior culture and oral traditions.
      5. **Kongo** - From the Kingdom of Kongo, located in present-day Angola and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Kongo people brought important agricultural knowledge and spiritual practices.

My brother, subtle are the ways in which we are programmed, and even in your statement, you mentioned " Black People" as if we are a race. Are we not African, Nubian, Cushites etc, There is no country called Black. Therefore, let us be careful in how we refer to ourselves as the psychological impact has far-reaching consequences.
