Honestly, I'm disgusted by this situation. One of the main problems with the "Army" is that we have a lot of young people in the fandom who don't have critical thinking. They are quick to judge without hearing all of the facts. Also, I don't know what Korea's National Assembly gains by talking trash about Hybe, which is the home of BTS, the nation's pride. I hope HYBE is communicating with their artists and staff and I hope they take legal action to protect them. I believe that the truth will prevail and HYBE will recover, but the bullies are getting all of the attention right now. And I'm also frustrated with HYBE for taking the blows and not fighting back. However, I believe that these tactics by MHJ and the rest are being done to try to draw out a certain reaction from HYBE and Bang Si-Hyuk. I've lived for 50+ years and I still don't understand how or why people use so much energy to hate and purposely tear down other people. I don't think I'll ever understand it honestly. I think everyone (at least international fans) understood what those documents were about and found it to be a reasonable practice that entertainment companies do to monitor negative sentiment about their artists. However, I don't understand why Hybe had to release a statement of apology for it and say that they will stop doing such documents moving forward. I agree with you, Hybe should REALLY start approaching this issue with a harder stance. At this point, I am starting to lose faith and confidence in their ability to deal with this bombardment from MHJ and her media minions. I was initially thinking that maybe there was a long game at play, and that they were just giving her time and more rope to hang herself with (so to speak), so that later on their case will be even more rock solid and undeniable. Unfortunately the best thing for the members would be not to have any obligations to the government for any favors. Honestly, I'm disgusted by this situation. One of the main problems with the "Army" is that we have a lot of young people in the fandom who don't have critical thinking. They are quick to judge without hearing all of the facts. Also, I don't know what Korea's National Assembly gains by talking trash about Hybe, which is the home of BTS, the nation's pride. Hybe monitoring defamatory comments and putting them in a report seems like a very normal thing to do. If BTS had left to make their own company (which is ridiculous cuz Big Hit is essentially just that, they have built a long respectful trusted relationship) guess what company would be the new "big bad evil" in Kpop. Hybe has been able to make big moves because of their biggest asset BTS who makes the majority of the profit even while in the military, their ip is successful (merch, BT21 etc) take that away (if BTS left to make their own company) you may see a somewhat successful kpop label but not the huge threat that they are with BTS. BTS has turned the whole corrupt kpop system on it's head by breaking their Big 3 monopoly since 2016/2017, groups are starting to have more say in their music granted some companies only loosened some control in their search for the "next bts" but just their presence has facilitated a lot of changes in kpop. People like to blame Bang Pd for letting a snake in our garden forgetting this snake fooled a lot of people not just him alone and our fandom has let in snakes ourselves many fans let themselves fall into hating the company unjustly not knowing at the time we had MHJ minions stoking the flames infiltrating army spaces. She tried to weaponize army against Hybe hoping we could be manipulated like Bunnies and sadly for a long time now her plan to tarnish Hybe's name has worked and only now are some army starting to understand what's been happening for years now.

I think everyone (at least international fans) understood what those documents were about and found it to be a reasonable practice that entertainment companies do to monitor negative sentiment about their artists. However, I don't understand why Hybe had to release a statement of apology for it and say that they will stop doing such documents moving forward. I agree with you, Hybe should REALLY start approaching this issue with a harder stance. At this point, I am starting to lose faith and confidence in their ability to deal with this bombardment from MHJ and her media minions. I was initially thinking that maybe there was a long game at play, and that they were just giving her time and more rope to hang herself with (so to speak), so that later on their case will be even more rock solid and undeniable. However, they are not factoring in the gullibility of people who believe this trash and are easily swayed by falsehoods and are further impacting their reputation.
Because Hybe employee leaked the document to public. Not because the content of the report. Stupid people can misinterpreted the report, and it is the haters do to manipulated public opinion. They accused Hybe MADE the comments, not collected from social media.

I have been trying to say the same thing. Min Hejin minions, under the guise of ARMY or Taekookers, have been spreading the documents trying to push for the downfall of HYBE. I keep saying that this is supporting her plan to break up BTS. They are using it as a document to support their opinions about Taekook being used and treated bad. The fact that V and JK have been treated unfairly is not justify the call for BH and HYBE to fail.

I wouldn't care if there was actual substantial evidence against them for mistreating their artists or some kind of criminal acts by higher execs. l would just say that the criticism or legal action was deserved in that case.

MHJ had already caused the departure of a couple of girl trainees and had stolen interns and staff from Source Music and had caused the dissolution of GFriend and had disobeyed the request of the company to participate in the creative direction of LSF and had forced BSH to start a label just for her, so as not to nullify the work of years and millions of investments. She had already asked for her group to debut before LSF and at the same time was indefinitely postponing the debut of NJ. She had already hired a lot of former SM Ent. employees in Ador. I suspect Hybe will need to be more legally aggressive in some form if this keeps up. Or petition the courts to have BTS released early? Not sure if that would be possible, but that would under cut the plan for sure.
It was smart of Hybe to secure them in an indepentent way so even if someone took down Hybe, they dont get control of them. Smart move.
Unfortunately the best thing for the members would be not to have any obligations to the government for any favors. So they need to serve their time and ARMY has to be really smart about how we respond so we don’t give MHJ what she wants while letting Hybe do their thing. I think they have the skills and people to eventually win. But it is going to get more intense as MHJ’s Project 1945 is clearly being implemented and she has nothing to lose.

Agree. It needs to be an intelligent, strategic response from ARMY also like we did for Scootergate. First of all we have to not give these interviews any clicks or mentions. The more it is ignored and buried like we did with Scootergate, the less effective this strategy will be. Hoping the criminal case is heard soon so MHJ can be occupied with her bigger problems.
