Seems like if they had kept at least a THIRD track and a 4th in many places, the line might be more fluid?
Oh believe me, the line is just fine today. And NS is running a lot more trains over it. Amtrak is doing just fine on it as well.
OK, because NS has many problems in the Chicago Corridor!
With 1 passenger train a day in both directions on the Pitt. It ain't happening.
