Sigh I wish EA would just overhaul player growth such that it was more sporadic and based off of player performance that season, kind of like how it is in real life. Maybe your player regresses really early on at 27, and maybe your player is a late bloomer and peaks at 32-33. There is so much more they could do with this.

Awesome info. Would one mentor cover both the right and left sides? For example, would one Guard mentor help boost both the LG and RG or would I need mentors at each side?

as far as I know it's tied to the specific position. LG for LG, RG for RG

So far I have switched some oline around, just to get the mentorship. Titans I think only have 1 mentor in Ben jones. I moved Aaron brewer from lg to center to gain the xp. Definitely will add a new element to team building

it's probably worth considered. Get 2 mentors for the postion every time you hit a hidden dev draft player (for example)
